Taxis that the hotel were able to organise were much more expensive than other hotels on the island were able to provide them for.

The staff were amazing and the location and room far exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was a real treat, so much choice and absolutely delicious.

Fabulous week's stay at SunRocks. Location is second to none - a tranquil refuge away from the crowds & selfie sticks of Fira & Oia. The uninterrupted view of the caldera from the hotel is breathtaking & mesmerising. The staff were friendly & courteous & everything possible was done to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast was wonderful, with the chef providing a separate vegan meal for me, and our evening meals in the Aquaz restaurant were amongst our favourite of the whole trip. Highly recommended - we will be back!

We had the most amazing stay at Sun Rocks. The hotel was incredible, clean and beautiful rooms. The location was great close enough to Fira but quiet enough to make it feel like you were the only people here. The staff were truly amazing their service was exceptional and all so friendly. We loved our stay so much we ended up extending our trip. We can’t wait to return again in the future and will be telling everyone to stay here!

This hotel has great location and amazing view! We have been greeted with welcome drinks. We were verry happy with the room, the cleanness and the comfort of it. The staff was really friendly and we enjoyed our a la carte breakfast, with great offer and plenty of options.

We found our room a little damp, however we felt it was to be expected with such old, authentic buildings. Perhaps de-humidifiers should be added to the rooms. Otherwise a faultless stay!

The hotel is ideally located, peaceful setting with fabulous views. Such friendly, helpful staff - a pleasure to deal with !

The water in tub gets cold before filling . I recommend turning off for 5minutes and then continue filling the tub. well worth it trust me.

a/c is in living room, but bedroom is down and a/c can’t reach there. not much privacy. as you sat on your balcony, people were walking by on the stairs and right next to neighbors. bedroom window opened to main stairwell. door didn’t seem secure when closed/locked.

From the booking description it states that the Experience suite has a balcony. It does not. You trade in the balcony for an amazing view of the caldera from the bed and tub.

The room was very private which is rare when staying in Santorini. Given the location of the suite, no one could walk past our room which I loved.

A cleverly designed boutique hotel with rooms & suites, cascading down the cliff, beautiful pool and intimate restaurant/ pool bar area with delicious cocktails, caldera view and stunning sunsets. Breakfast was very impressive, excellent choice and high quality. The staff is professional, very friendly and helpful - I genuinely enjoyed chatting with Raffaelia, Nicos, Georgios, Andreas, and others behind the scenes as they are always happy and smiling :) I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an exclusive suite, which was very spacious and comfortable, with hot tub & secluded terrace which made my stay a tad more perfect and so relaxing! Thank you to the charming management and team at Sun Rocks for an unforgettable stay!

The distance from the top of the road to the room I think going down if you few drinks makes it a bit dangerous to go down to your room but on the other head if it was level off the view would not be as spectacular

very clean. staff were exceptional. location was excellent. a quieter area but with just a short walk your in Fira which is the main town. Amazing caldera view from our room. our own hot tub. room was spacious and bed was comfortable. great breakfast and food at the hotel was great with a superb view. Just amazing from start to finish

The stairs remind you how unfit you might be. Then again that Is Santorini.

this hotel has terrific staff in a great location. There is a positive energy and feel about the whole hotel. The restaurant was a very pleasant surprise with excellent food served by a fun and enthusiastic staff. George makes great cocktails. Nikos and Alexandros made us feel like we had been staying there for a month.

We knew there were going to be a lot of steps but there were over 150 steps down to our room which we got used to but If people have a problem with steep steps you should request a higher room.

Service was impeccable and nothing was too much trouble. Views were amazing
