How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The restaurant and bar stay open till late so have some earplugs handy if you don't like music and conversation as background noise when you go to bed.
Initially we felt it was a bit short of restaurants and cafe choices nearby, but if you walk further north there were a lot of good choices. Buses to town were right outside and regular.

Breakfast was always quit same , so on the fifth day we were bored to that. But breakfast was good.
Location is perfect. Near town and we had a rental car so its good to go around the iland.

Really cute modern property, just what we needed. Great value. The man at the reception working evenings is exceptional and was the best experience I’ve had with a service provider worker to date.

It's a €25 taxi to/from Corfu old town so not particularly cheap if you need to get into the town.
Lovely little hotel with a great pool area and restaurant. The team there were fabulous and so welcoming. Breakfast was tasty and their lunch menu very good value.

There is nothing negative to say about this must go to hotel.
The breakfast was a buffet style with both hot and cold options, yogurt, fruit, nuts, berries, bread/toast, bacon, eggs, sausages, more than enough for a great start to your day.

The breakfast was great! We loved bar and pool area as it changed between day and night. The hotel feels a little out on its own however, there is a supermarket and other restaurants very close by and the bus stop to get into the old town was outside the front door of the hotel :)

Everything was amazing. The room was clean, breakfast was very good quality and plenty of options. The room was equipped with everything and was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and polite. Thanos from reception was very polite and helped us with everything we needed. Dimitra from the bar helped me to organise a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. The bar was very nice and plenty of options. Location is very good. We enjoyed our holiday at the hotel and would definitely go back there.

Didn't know about the availability of parking space.
Excellent breakfast that the staff just kept replenishing with many different choices. The pool was a little cool, but not surprising at this time of year. All staff were extremely friendly - great service - hope to be back.

Breakfast dinning experience has to catch up with the bar/evening dining experience. Not a criticism - just had room for improvement!

Everything! The most beautiful bar and Restraunt. The food was the best food we have ever had, with a pool right outside and balconies in the room! Fabulous. The staff from the start right up until the end were lovely! So friendly, willing to help. They go above and beyond.

For us the location is ideal as we required easy access to Gouvia Marina. All Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are very clean. Good choice of breakfast items. Would most definitely stay again.

Amazing staff, we were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in! Always happy to help and answer any questions going above and beyond! Restaurant and bar were lovely with amazing cocktails. Gorgeous pool which you can’t resist going in and the pool side is a sun trap during the day perfect for sunbathing. Perfect location for the old town only 15 minutes by bus which is €5 for a day pass. Less than 15 minute walk to the marina too. Perfect stay!
