Our stay at the Theta Boutique Hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless and clean, with a wonderful view of the sea. The modern furniture and decor added to the overall pleasant experience. The housekeeping staff was very professional and efficient. The owner, Spyros, was extremely friendly and welcoming, always willing to help us with anything we needed. The area around the hotel was quiet and hospitable, perfect for rest and relaxation. Additionally, it was conveniently located near all the shops and services. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to other travelers.

This was an amazing place to stay in and I wish I’d booked for longer. The room was incredibly spacious and well-designed with a waterfront view. Everything was high quality, from the super comfortable bed, beautiful linen and towels, and designer lighting. The location (overlooking the ramparts of the old town) was perfect. There was a little bit of external noise but none from other rooms.

It would have been great to have a balcony with a direct view to the beach but we were right on the water and the room was quiet even during late night party weekend hours so it might be a blessing not to have.

The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. They assisted in every way possible from recommendations to restaurants, Beaches, excursions, to mini marts and the room was a great size with amazing large walk in shower. A huge thanks to both George and Eliana!!

We thought the apartment in chania is the best in our all journal ! Beyond words. The location is very good ,very close to the sea and restaurant！Also there is parking lots near the apartment. No noise in room at night, the bed is so comfortable ! And the room is very clean and big! We like the apartment very much, next time we come to Chania,we will choose Theta Boutique Hotel again! In addition, the host of the apartment is also very nice! gave us a lot of suggestion about our vacation.

A/C was a bit inconsistent at times

Probably the most beautiful hotel room I’ve ever been in. We loved our stay here, super comfy and well furnished with everything we needed. Host was helpful and friendly. Close to great cafes, our favourite was Elliniko Specialty Coffee which was 3 doors down the road on the waterfront. Bars and restaurants in the old town were also really close. It was an easy 15 minute walk to the main bus stop too which was a bonus!

It was slightly noisy in the room given its proximity to the two streets on either side -- but this calmed down around midnight.

This is in the perfect location right next to the old city, and right next to a huge, free parking lot. I cannot emphasize enough how much this place saved me the stress of needing to find parking. It's also next to a BUNCH of cafes that are frequented by all of the locals -- right on the water. Mikro cafe was our favorite. The room was excellent, the staff was above and beyond. Cannot rate this place any higher.

Everything. Style of the room was so cute and modern, cleanliness, staff was helpful, friendly and professional, beds were comfortable, and the views. Photos do not do this hotel justice. By far the most gorgeous view I’ve ever seen. Also was very relieved to have a good AC system, as chania is an old city and that can be hard to find! Room was huge and so comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Great location: away from the hordes of cruise ship day trippers, but walkable distance to everything in the old city. The adjacent free car park is perfect if you are planning to hire a car. Looks right at the sea, and a stone's throw from a strip of good restaurants. For the self-caterers, there is a produce market every Saturday just a block away. Spyros and George were exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts.

The accommodation did not have a place to put a suitcase and would benefit from at least one stand.

Modern styled accommodation with fantastic views from the separate bedroom and bathroom. The softer bed and pillows were great and we slept well. The balcony included a handy clothesline and we found a laundromat not far away. The location was excellent and only two minutes from cafes on the waterfront.

Minor thing, but it would be nice to have 2 chairs to sit and enjoy morning coffee.

Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had a lovely sea view. Hotel was located a very short walk to everything yet very quiet. Spiros was so kind and welcoming. There wasno formal reception but staff responded instantly when messaged. Parking was easy in the free lot across the street. We would def stay here again!

Wonderful location, walking distance to everything in Chania. The host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and gave us several recommendations of restaurants in which were excellent. Parking was just across the street.

The weather! It was so windy we could not fully enjoy the beautiful balcony!!

Everything! The hospitality, location, and the room!! George Theta greeted us personally upon check-in. We communicated via what's app. He provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations and answered all questions. The room was amazing. The size, cleanliness, and location were perfect.

Only thing is my wife brings lots of clothes and we could have done with a few more hangers in the wardrobe and drawers for underwear etc

Spirits was a superb host both friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Location was excellent walking distance of all main Chania restaurants and cafes and the harbour. We also swam in the sea using the nearby sandy beach it is a small stretch of sand but enough to sunbathe and swim. Chania is exceptionally pretty and the cretans are very friendly. Food was excellent and house wine surprisingly good often available in a carafe. Hostel room had air con, good free wifi very comfortable bed and lovely large walk in shower. Tv had free Netflix which was nice on occasion to watch a film Overall an excellent stay

Our stay here was amazing! The entire hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and have comfortable beds and great views. The host, George, was very helpful and friendly. We were able to text him at any time, for recommendations of things to do on the island. The housekeeping staff went above and beyond when making up the room. There were two complimentary postcards in the room, which we sent to our families back home. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but it really isn't needed, because there are plenty of restaurants within a few hundred feet of the hotel. It's also very close to old Chania and the old port, so it's easy to explore without having to drive.
