Nothing - everything was perfect and staff was great - room was big and very clean!

The hotel is across the street from the Ocean with a wonderful view. We stayed on the 2nd floor and even had a cute balcony facing the water. The staff is extremely helpful and answered our questions quickly. Breakfast was good and the food kept us full until dinner! Room and bathroom were very spacious and the location was close to all the City Center with restaurants and shopping. I felt it was reasonably priced for the value we received. Would definitely stay here again when in Crete and Miss the wonderful people, sights, food and wine of Greece and I have only been gone a week!

Breakfast needs a little improvement. The staff was very helpful and accommodating but some fresh local bread and cheeses, some nice marmalade (not the single portion type), some fresh made pitas, maybe pancakes... whould have been nice. That kind of stuff.

Perfect location. Exceptional view for the front rooms. Close to the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Large bathroom. Comfy room single space. Though not small bit crowded for a party of three (parents + teenager).

The hotel room with sea view was luxurious and comfortable. Great bed, decor and bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful about the attractions and restaurants. Also the breakfast was very good indeed.

Bathroom was very open plan. No shower screen, hooks for towels, or shelving! Location was noisy by main road though nice sea view beyond.

We stayed in a room facing the sea. Has the best balcony to sit and have a breakfast looking over the sea. The room was clean and has everything you need. They prepared fresh breakfast in the morning

Loved the brand spanking new hotel. Lovely big room and en suite. Comfortable bed and sea view. Great location on the seafront and an easy walk from the ferry. Breakfast was plentiful and the was something to suit everyone

The rooms are really nicely decorated, with comfy beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great for strolling into town, or along the coastline. The breakfasts were incredible! They went out of their way to make sure we were well fed. The neighbourhood is peaceful and felt very safe. The room even had a small balcony with sea views.

I had an issue with the toilet in my room - unfortunately, the plumber couldn’t come during my stay so was left with a running toilet.

Great location close to the water and walking distance to sites and buses. Generous breakfast. Lovely room decor.
