Everything was awesome. The staff were really friendly and happy to help with the queries. The pool deck was a perfect place to watch the sunset. The place was close to a lot of restaurants. The breakfast was amazing.

Wonderful location, just outside of the busyness but close enough to walk to everything. The rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the daily special. The pool and deck over looking the caldera was incredible!

The exceptional view is worthy and the location is 5mins walk to Fira and easily accessible. Friendly staff and delicious daily specials for breakfast is appreciable.

Shower room was tiny, tired and got a bit wet as there was no shower curtain. Drains smell a bit by the end of the day.

Fantastic position. Not in a noisy touristy area but very close to nice restaurants. Easy to walk south to Fira and North all the way to Oia (with good trainers on and plenty of water!). Amazing views. The cleaner did a great job - it was spotless

We had an excellent stay at Villa Ilias. The staff were extremely kind and caring, made the stay more comfortable and relaxing. The location is amazing just outside fira so away from the busy crowds. The most breath taking view ever. The pool is small but satisfied our needs. It is amazing watching the sunset from the balcony at the pool, most amazing view, I would say it was better than Oia sunset. Everything was lovely. Breakfast is very yummy too. Would definitely return.

The bathroom was very small.

There was a great choice for breakfast, and it was all of a good quality. Every day we were given a different homemade Greek pastry, pancake or yogurt to try with our breakfast. All delicious.

I know there are drainage issues on the island, but it was rather unpleasant when our bathroom sink just stopped draining.

Amazing breakfast, not very big choice but everything you need and so tasty, many vegetables, greek salad, different kind of cheese, bread, awesome tarts, fruits, yummy yogurt, few kind of juice, various coffees to choose from and each day a delicious dessert for everyone. Comfortable beds, pillows, good working airconditionning, refreshing pool (very small, but sufficient). Fridge in the room! So good when you can have your own beer for the evening:-) View was stunnig, breathtaking! Not so loudy as in Fira, Firostefani is a quiet place. Many restaurant closed by!

The pool offered a spectacular view of the Caldera. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Morning breakfast was excellent. Best trip we could imagine, and Villa Ilias, as well as their staff, was the reason why!

If there are noisy neighbors nearby in the room, it can be uncomfortable late at night. But this does not depend on the owners. Everything that depends on the owners - excellent!

Great family hotel! Amazing view of the caldera, friendly staff, good communication before and during our stay at the hotel. The place is quiet and convenient to walk to both Thira and Improvigli. Our suite was very comfortable. We had our own small terrace overlooking the caldera and Thira. A little lower is a common terrace with a swimming pool, chairs and sun loungers. The breakfast is good, everything is fresh and quite a large selection compared to breakfasts in other hotels of this class in Santorini. We all loved it and hope to come back!

I liked everything.

A small family owned villa with rooms overlooking the Caldera. Simple en-suite rooms - all with a view of the sea and the Caldera. very clean. very friendly. Exceptionally good locally sourced buffet breakfast served in the dining room each day. George, the owner, and his young son greeted guests at breakfast each day and served a ‘daily special’ pastry each day. There is a small refreshing pool in the terrace overlooking the sea to cool off in when the sun gets too hot.

We had three in one room, so it would naturally be tight, but the room was very small.

The staff of this hotel are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast wonderful in a pretty setting, the location of the hotel is close to Fira but far enough away to not be in the crowded area ( a 10 minute walk to Fira), the view from the hotel is wonderful. It was too cold and windy to swim, but the pool is nice with a great view. The hotel and staff create a warm and inviting environment.
