It was a nice little place. Slightly further off the main drag which was only an issue for me driving but aside from that no issues!

Great value. I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in downtown Tegus but this place was much nicer. The location is slightly less centralized but still close to everything. For half the price the quality was definitely double!

i did not like the receptionist, she was unpleasant , she did not greet us, and when we ask if she had any available rooms, she said no. i booked online while in the hotel and there was more than one room available. she came up with a story. she did not gave us any information about the hotel or were our room was. nothing at all, she was terrible, i dont know if she was having a bad day or maybe she did not like us.

breakfast was really good, wait staff was nice place was very clean and the location was in a safe neighborhood the security guard was very nice, he took us to our room, he was very polite. he told us about the hotel and answer every question we had.

We had evening dinners at the restaurant twice. The (most expensive) steak I ordered didn’t turn out to be a juicy rare steak… rather it was about 4mm (0.2 inch) and cooked to the point of leather. The chicken meal was clearly reheated, tough and dry with a reasonable mushroom sauce. (Perhaps the “típico” meals are better and slightly international dishes should be avoided.) Also the gym was not available because it was filled with furniture to allow for a (Saturday night) party… which played loud music till around 10.30. Not a real issue unless you have an early start, I guess.

Large comfortable room, nice open space near reception, helpful staff. It’s a $5 ride from the Pullmantur terminal and all taxi drivers knew the hotel immediately.

That you are not allowed to make any changes to your booking is unacceptable. About 15 minutes after booking a 3 night stay, our plans changed and only needed to stay 2 nights. We had to pay for three nights instead of two. I reached out to hotel through booking.com. The hotel never responded. Upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us they had booked two private parties, one for each night of our stay. With this being a quaint hotel there was no escaping the parties. They were directly under our room in the courtyard. It would have been nice for the hotel knowing the two parties were already booked and were going to be quite loud, to give us the option to cancel our reservation. Unfortunately, we had to grin and bear it. We asked to speak to the manager and were denied.

The excessive noise from the party upstairs, the staff cleaning up after the party and the loud guests screaming in the hallways and stair up to 3-4 AM!! it was so loud it felt like the party was in our room. We rented the room with the sole purpose to rest after a 12 hour flight and it was nearly impossible to get any sleep! Also there is nobody at the front desk at night and the guard is the one that does the “check in”; which I may say is a lousy process with no explanation and he had a very impatient, moody and careless attitude. He did not provide any solutions about the lack of parking space due to the party and said I should park in the back and if the person in front had to leave early, I would need to move my car. This is honestly, the worst hotel experience I ever had and I have had some bad experiences in the past, but this one tops them all! I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a proper night sleep. This would probably be a place for people who want to sleep during the day and even then I doubt it with all the noise coming from the kitchen and dining area that is right below the rooms. :(

Barely got any sleep for the night. The AC was inefficient and noisy. The bed was terrible, a sunken bed with a thick topper that was smaller than the bed itself. Not exactly meeting the standard for hygiene in the room and bathroom. There were stains on the floor under the bed, either food or blood. Toothpaste specks in the bathroom, broken mirror. One small bottle of water with one glass for two guests. The breakfast was terribly disappointing. I was served immature fruit and soggy, barely toasted french toast. The coffee was a crime scene. I've visited back a couple of years ago, and it was a whole lot better than this latest experience. I will not return nor recommend anymore.

The location was particularly convenient, generally a 10 min drive to nearby restaurants, shopping, and running errands.

During my stay it was having an event on the hotel. People singing and screaming until after midnight and nobody available after 9pm to be reached.

The assigned suite was inappropriate. The TV was a very small and 'dumb'. We had to share one bathroom for 3 people plus guests. The colors used in the second second bedroom is dark and the lighting was very poor. Above shower there was a water leak that dripped on you while takingba shower.

Nothing at all although it is weeks since I first did this review only to have it lost where b.com insert a ridiculous survey request just as you submit meaning have had to re-do dozens. You will need (inexpensive) taxis to get to the centre and be aware that, while airport drivers know where the hotel is, regular, city centre ones often don't so good to bring precise address details with you.

Really excellent staff. Superb rooms. Great value. Nice food and breakfast. Nice, safe area (but I found all of Teguci to be that way).
