The host was friendly. The apartmant is okay, seems new. Location was pretty good.

The host (receptionist) does not speak english. It was hard to communicate with him before and upon arrival.

Communication wasn't super easy (no English), but otherwise there are no complaints!

Nice location, the pool was a welcome addition on the 3 hot summer days I spent there. The common kitchen was nice, because I was able to cook my own meals. Wi-Fi was also good, and they let me bring my bicycle in for safe keeping.

The room was quite dark - lack of windows. The room was full of furniture but there was not even a small table or chair. Even simple talking was hearable through the walls.

Walkable distance from the train station, bus terminal, and the city centre. The facility was very clean, swimming pool included. The sauna also looked clean and well-maintained. Direct access from the room to the swimming pool.

The windows above the bed have shutters and we couldn't find a way to open them so the room was dark also during the day.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room was also warm.

We didn't get the room we booked. Wall are too tiny, so you can hear the neighbours and water floating through the whole building. Ventilation in WC should be better. Lighting should be closer to bed.

Always heard the front door opening, receptionist didn't speak English, didn't get any reciept for the money I've paid, no shower gel or shampoo provided in the room.

Just 1 key for 3 students to the room was pretty challenging. We had to plan our goings, because only one of us had the keys. Aircondition is available for extra payment only. No drainage in bathroom except in bathtub. After shower you have to mob the floor because of all the water on it.

Very clean place, weekly cleaning is better than most of places we have been. Trashes are taken out regularly so they won't build up, toilet paper is kept filled so you won't run out of it. Even that owners don't speak english they try to atleast little words here and there. Service is good, if you speak hungarian service is faster when there is no language barrier 😁All of us change students loved owners pet dogs.

NOT recommended The owner was aggressive body builder woman who started every sentence with NO. I had a friend arriving, who wanted to spend money on a room (actually a well known celebrity)but she came across very aggressive too, so he HS left the premises. Her cat, two dogs were constantly present, but house stated as no pet house. she tried to charge me 3x more than the pet fee for a short stay dog, and each day she tried to increase the rent free 50% After spending 500 euro, I felt like I am her employee, rather than me feeling like a guest. She has let any kind of travelers in, without asking for ID, passport, and I had to remind her of giving me receipt of the cash I paid too on my check out.

No remote to AC (the wall thingy didn't work) - but we came very very late due to border queue so I'm sure the staff would have explained if not sleeping already :)

It was one it was one of the worst experiences with booking.com. I looked for hotels with 24/24 reception. From the list of searches, I found this hotel because it looked ok on the pictures. When I received the reservation confirmation, I received a message that check in is only until 20:00 and cash only payment in forints or Euro. I requested a late check in and put the time I would come, but anyway I had to stand under the door and call persistently until someone woke up. The room, very dirty, I had to find some cockroaches and spiders before going to bed. The sink didn't work and the water didn't drain from it, there was no toilet paper, host doesn't speak any other languages. It was the first time when I couldn't use the shower in the hotel because I felt nauseous. In the middle of the night, the fancoil turned on several times, and works like a tractor and woke us up every time. Please do not believe the pictures on the booking.com

it's almost nothing to like, maybe the location and available parking spot on the street.

No private parking (even though it promised so) - they will send you to nearest free parking street about 150m away. Cash only payment. Room had no carpet and not a single drinking glass. Climatization couldn't be turned off it was constantly running to heat the room. Personell didn't speak english
