We really enjoyed the stay, especially the wellness center in the hotel. The location of the hotel was in an excellent part of the town, super close to the Hevizi lake. The breakfast was also good, everything was fresh and there was variety.

Very modern rooms, great breakfast, in the heart of the village. Walking through town to the promenade leading to the lake is a treat. The municipal parking lot is practically next to the hotel and offers cheap parking charges

I stayed in Zena hotel two times, first with my husband and second - with my mom and sister. Every time everything was exceptional! We loved everything, rooms are big and clean, spa is amazing and breakfast is tasty. The comfort we had is the best we ever experienced in this price category. Amazing!

We were happy with the hotel in every respect. I think the name is a bit unusual, but there is a hairdresser on the ground floor. There are a few shops in a row parallel to the hotel on a pedestrian walkway. However, there are many snall shops in the vicinity of "downtown" Heviz.

The hotel is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We liked that the spa pool and the saunas were free for the use of hotel patrons. It was within walking distance of the famous thermal Lake Heviz, shops and restaurants. there was free parking for hotel guests just a few doors from the hotel. It is a boutique hotel with around 20 rooms, so it was nice and quiet, There is an elevator. Staff were friendly.

Location

The location is great, the breakfast was very good. The spa was ok. We needed some help with some of the facilities but there was nobody to give us information. Overall I recommend the hotel.

Unfortunately, the staff does not speak very well English and there was nobody in the spa to help us to connect sauna, connect other facilities. My room was not cleaned on the second day. I do not know if it was supposed to be cleaned.

I enjoyed spa very much. The room was spacious and I liked very much the terrace. The breakfast was very good.

breakfast is not that good. not many things to choose and everything is always cold. also there is small window when they serve breakfast. the other thing is almost no one knows english so the conversations are a strugle.

Location is amazing, near to lake as well as to the shops and cafes Lovely spa, a lot of saunas, the swimming pool is warm and full of equipment. The soundproofing of the rooms is not excellent. We could hear perfectly the people in the hallway walking by or in the next room if they made a more loud noise. It's the only point to review. Otherwise, nothing to point out

We only stayed one day but I got the feeling of a modern hotel, where the rooms are spacious, have a clean design and the location is very good. Breakfast, without dazzling, is acceptable. Nothing was missing. There was bread, jam, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt. The staff, although with some difficulty in communicating in English, were always helpful. We didn't use the pool but unfortunately there was no time.

The bed was too soft for us (we prefer a firmer mattress), but otherwise comfortable. The breakfast was adequate (nothing special, just fine), but the coffee was not good. Nespresso only, nothing freshly brewed. Definitely recommend getting the tea instead. Otherwise, everything was just perfect.

The hotel was just lovely. Our room was huge and sparkling clean. The staff was friendly. The spa was amazing! Well designed and so relaxing. I was especially impressed by all of the little extra touches: additional towels and plenty of hooks to hang them, fresh water for hydrating, they even had a little shelf to put your eyeglasses. I also really appreciated that everything was hypoallergenic, not washed in strong detergents or fabric softeners. (Which is super important to me as these often trigger my allergies.) There was also plenty of storage space for luggage, toiletries, etc. Really well planned space. Great location, too. Centrally located and walking distance to the thermal lake. Excellent value for the money. We will definitely be back. 🙂

pretty much everything was good,

pretty modern building, with a nice spa, and simpilistiv and nice, also really clean, so for all the clean freaks like me you’ll be comfortable in contrary to older building hotels since it’s just really new (the building)
