“The room was noisy, first with the Water Forum which we understand was beyond your control. However it should be mentioned that the Forum was breaking down display stands 2 nights in a row right through the night. Up until 10/11pm would have been ok. Our upstairs neighbour kept moving furniture around, often late at night. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Being close to Kuta was great. We loved the coffee guy not far from the hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly.”
