Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IndonesiaThe room was a little dirty with food crumbs on the coffee table and the front balcony hadn’t been swept in a long while. However we reported these issues and they were rectified quickly.
It has a great location, we had the beachside room with a great view. Staff were friendly. They had motorbikes for hire. Breakfast and dinner was good. I will return.

AustraliaThere was a bit of spillover sound from the peoople staying next door - yet that could have been because their door was open. Hey, the question asked me to compalin about something and that's it - the background murmer of the people staying in the next room.
From the door of my room, past the pool, through the restaurant then BAM, directly onto the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is clean. Indomart is just across the road which is very convenient.

Everything :) Staff go out of their way to look after you, feel so pampered and welcomed. Didn't even have to say what I wanted half the time, they just knew, lol :) Come downstairs half asleep in pajamas, and they bring me a pot of Nescafe! Miss the fresh fruit every morning, the staff's cantik smiling faces and the views of the ocean and volcano, just amazing....

Wonderful hotel. Great location, great friendly staff, amazing drifting to sleep to the sound of the crashing surf. View of Mt Agung from our room upstairs at the front was breathtaking.
