France- Bedroom doors are not very tight then mosquitoes may enter the room even when the doors are closed. Luckily there are mosquito nets installed on the bed (this gives it a very romantic and charming look!) so we had no problems. - Missing electrical plugs near the bed : only one per side then it is not possible to connect both the nightstand light and the cellphone charger on each side of the bed (not a big deal !)

United KingdomBeautiful room, it felt very private in the villa we were in! Nice to have facilities to cook for ourselves if needed. Staff very friendly and even after check out gave us a lift to the beach and let us use the shower and towels after. Bit out of town but very accessible if you get a scooter. It didn't bother us but there were quite a lot of ants around.

The property is just out of Amed and perfect if you want a quiet relaxing holiday - the villas are spacious cool and clean with beautiful views. The gardens are well kept and glorious. Always polite and smiling staff can organise activities, tours, taxis, scooters etc if required- nothing is too much trouble. There are lots of restaurants in Amed but we stayed local eating at the property and next door at Gusto Resto. Communication with management before and during our time there was prompt and polite. Management organised a driver to pick us up from the airport and the Manager himself drove us back - he educated us about Balinese culture along the way. The on site spa has a full list of options and Komang has strong healing hands - we tried many of the options available. Ardi and his fisherman friend took us out for an amazing snorkelling experience - it was like swimming in a tropical fish tank. It’s not often that you feel emotional about leaving a holiday location - but we did - we had such a good time - highly recommended.

Welcoming staff, the room was made available early for us to check in, the whole hotel has great view. Well maintained lush vegetation around the villas. At night, you can hear to sound of the many tree frogs and the waves. Close to many local restaurants and dive shops.

-Very Clean -Amazing Staff including the manager -Great pool with stunning view -Location on top of a hill. Short walk to two main snorcheling points in Amed -We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 3 consecutive days. It was always prepared fresh and delicious. They not only serve indonesian food but also good western food, in case you crave pizza. -the private villas come with full equipped outdoor kitchen, a chill out area outside and room with AC. We had a great view over the ocean even from our bed inside. Overall, it was the best stay we had on Bali. Thanks to Anda Amed Villas and Team!

AustraliaMy bath leaked out before I got in! I filled the bath and then went outside to let it cool down a little and when I went back in the water had drained out. So I wasn’t able to enjoy the bath on any of our 4 nights. They have a “don’t disturb” sign hanging outside the villa which for some reason the staff turn it to say “don’t disturb” after they have cleaned - and because we didn’t change it back after checking in it didn’t get cleaned on our first day. I think they need a better system for this. Breakfast isn’t great for two gluten free people - they don’t have many options beyond eggs and fruit. Some gluten free pancakes or bread or even yoghurt or something would be amazing (the family owns an amazing store in town called “Adi Shop” which has an incredible range of gluten and dairy free products which they could easily provide as options at this villa - perhaps a little “mini supermarket” guests could buy from so that cooking is easier especially if you don’t have transport like we didn’t. I also recommend they stop using plastic straws!!
We booked a two bedroom villa and it was lovely! beautiful views and very comfortable. we loved lounging on the outside lounge area enjoying the view and tranquility. The staff were helpful and kind and organized a driver to take us to Lovina on our last day. They also offered to organize activities like snorkeling etc. Loved the outdoor kitchen and we cooked there one night and enjoyed unlimited cups of tea. Also wonderful to have a bathroom each. It was cleaned well - dust free and the bathrooms have good ventilation meaning no mould or mould smells. The pool was lovely with a great view. The gardens are gorgeous. I love how they provided a big bottle of drinking water in the villa so we could refill our bottles as needed - so much better for the environment than single use plastic bottles. Recommend eating at nearby restaurant Galanga (walkable - so good we went twice!) and their sister cafe Rimba Cafe.
