We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThe resort really lived up to our expectations. Great room, we had a Suite with direct access to the lagoon. The suite was great and spacious. Room number 4101, a corner room with much privacy and a lovely lagoon access, also with much privacy. Recommend it! Breakfast from a meny was tasteful with many options.Dinner at the Fishermen's was superb. Recommend Fresh Lobster and the Seafood plate with Oysters. No trouble to find nice sun beds. Please notice that Andaz is a "child friendly" resort, and I can assure you, there are quite a lot of them! The hotel is very clear about this so this would not come as any surprise when booking. But do not worry. We stayed as a couple without kids and did never find that the kids and noice where of any problem. The area is so large with many spots and there is always place to find a nice restful place. So do not worry if you travel without kids. Maybe the best place to stay in Sanur.

United Arab EmiratesThe only thing we struggled with was the so called “couch” in the room. We checked in with two 5 year old kids under the understanding that there will be a double bed and a fold out couch. The couch was just a “love seat” for one and it was impossible to put a child on it. The hotel was generous enough to give us one additional fold out bed for free, but it still meant that we had to have one child with us in the bed. So, my only suggestion would be to have a proper fold out couch that turns into a double bed. The room is spacious enough to accommodate that. It will make a world of difference for families traveling with small (but not babies) children.
The property was beautifully designed and spacious with gorgeous courtyard, swimming pools and access to the beach. Breakfast was amazing and we loved that it was served a la cart instead of buffet with no food wasted and always served freshly made.

LithuaniaLiked everything about the hotel! The hospitality and service are excellent. Stayed in beach villa, very well equipped, nice swimming pool area, direct exit to the beach. Two separate bedrooms, with a bathroom, shower and outdoor showers. The food in restaurants is very delicious. The Spa is nice and very cosy. When I needed medical help it was quick and well organized directly in the villa.

This was the most beautiful facility I have ever seen. The staff were incredible. I left all my valuables in the safe, and the staff went above and beyond to document them and get them back to me. I am so impressed and grateful. The breakfast was phenomenal also.

We paid for an upgrade and we had a pool access suite. The room was amazing pool was in the sun most of the day which we loved as water was warm. Close to all in Sanur. Breakfast was also fantastic. So much to choose from and you could have as much as you like if anything. Staff were so friendly and looked after you well.
