The water pressure was very low and not sufficient to support the bathroom 'rain' shower.

The villas were adorable and spacious. Central pool was nice. The staff was well trained and super friendly. Very good value for money.

The property is next to a road that is not suitable to walk anywhere… but we knew about this when we booked. The hum of the traffic was constant but we got used to it. Next door is a venue (not sure what type, possibly a community or religious venue) but at times it was rather loud for a couple of hours in the evening.

The property was well maintained, clean and small enough not to feel like a bustling resort. It had a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful in organising taxis to travel into Ubud. The two bedroomed Villa with its own pool was a lovely way to start our Bali vacation.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was enough filling, Balinese massage was great. Hotel is not close to Ubud centre but not hard to arrive as well.

My own personal issue was at night going into the bathroom area just because the shower sit up is technically outside so hearing the bugs.Lol bed could have been more comfortable but other hotels beds have been the same. but other then that it was a good stay and I would come back again.

I really liked the property. It looks so beautiful and the best part was truly the staff, they were amazing. The breakfast was by far the best breakfast I’ve had during my stay in Bali. I felt safe as a solo traveler and the staff was very helpful with birthday arrangements and if I had any issues on the property during my stay. I will miss them dearly. Wi-Fi also Worked really well.

It was not walking distance from the centre of Ubud. It was still a bit noisy at night.

My appliance plugs were not supported and I had to specifically buy input plugs for the establishment, but, this is not a Aswanaya problem it’s a me problem as South African plug points are ether special.

My second stay at the property, definitely tranquil and value for money. The staff were very helpful and did their best to assist with unusual requests. It is a bit out of Ubud centre, however, having a scooter takes you about 10mins and the drive is welcomed in the humid air😀

Absolutely perfect place to stay, everything exactly as it looks in the photos with the loveliest staff always so helpful and attentive. The food in the restaurant was excellent too. The beds were heavenly, the pool delightful, the massages so relaxing. Some people might find it's a little far from the centre of Ubud but if you don't want to go every day, it's a bonus - makes it more relaxing to be away from the hustle and bustle, plus we found some incredible restaurants nearby. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is no fault of the property, just something to be aware of - the villas aim to incorporate living with nature into the rooms which means that the bathroom is outdoors and with a rustic design, there are plenty of cracks for geckos, bugs, etc, to get into the room at night! This will be no problem if you are fully prepared, which I guess I was not and I felt quite unnerved on the first night but I adjusted quickly. Also note no air conditioning in the restaurant which is fully outdoors and the location is a bit far from Ubud, but this is okay as the hotel can provide taxi service at a low price and local taxis will also take you there without issue for a low price also.

The staff here are exceptional; every person we met was so warm and welcoming and made us feel so at home on our honeymoon! The villas themselves are beautiful and it's so wonderful to have a restaurant and spa onsite despite the small number of villas, it's wonderful. Great selection for breakfast and nice offers at the restaurant.

It is almost impossible to walk when you go beyond the villa as there is no foot path for pedestrians. So, we couldn’t walk beyond the hotel. You would need either scooter or taxi. Some burning in the rice field which made it hard to relax by the pool. Some construction is happening in the resort. So it can get noisy. Towels need to be revamped. Towels look very old.

Lovely & hospitable staff who are always willing to help. Very clean cottages. Delicious breakfast. Especially, floating breakfast was exceptional. They will bring your food and drinks to your cottage at no cost. Lovely pool. Balenese and warm stone massages are highly recommended with affordable cost. Service is 10 out of 10!! Very friendly & hospitable & caring! Yummy & affordable food from the restaurant

Had a short circuit very early in the morning and it was just rectified at around 8 because the maintenance is not 24/7.

I'm sorry that there are minuses in this hotel, but I'm going to tell them first of all for the owner to fix them because it has a great location. 1.breakfast is made very cheap, there is no music in the breakfast area and the whole time I was there I could hear the women in the kitchen talking incessantly plus the construction next door. 🙏🙏 The taste of the breakfast products must be international and please change the coffee🙏 I suggest you upgrade the room by five euros and have a quality breakfast because me and my friends couldn't wait to eat and have that gorgeous view 2. The water in the pool is not clear 3. If you are afraid of lizards that can reach you when you are sleeping, you have nothing to do in this location, I did it😅

The hotel is beautiful and looks better than in the pictures. Everything is very clean both inside and out. The staff is very welcoming and every time they see you they want to help you with something if needed.
