The location is beautiful. We walked to the place grom the airport, two three decent restaurants just opposite the hotel. Definitely recommended.

Unfortunately, there’s an issue with how the hotel collect payment but the staff were very lovely and this is really down to the ownership rather than the management. They seem to an automatic system that you have to use, which was not very helpful when we were sailing around the islands. Having said that it’s a beautifully situated hotel and after we moved to our correct room the views were lovely and the facility is very comfortable

We booked the villa with private villa and it wasn’t as prepared as the one next to us. The umbrella outside was not open, no towels provided for pool and only one bath rob provided. I advised them of this multiple time during the 2 nights there although was not fulfilled during the stay.

The rooms are beautiful and very clean. Loved the outdoor bathroom, the amazing view and that they had filtered water instead of plastic bottles. We enjoyed sunset on our balcony that evening and had a lovely breakfast brought to the balcony the next morning. The pool is clean and lovely as well!

Since the room was so big, I think the air conditioner took time to get the room cool. Although, this is a very minor point.

The rooms were very very spacious. And the view was great. We had an attached balcony as well where we had an amazing breakfast with a great view. The bathroom was very spacious and both the rooms and the bathroom had great lighting. The pool also has a great view.

If you want to find a budget hotel with a nice view can choose this place at labuan bajo most of the nice view hotel is quite expensive Most of the facilities is okay and clean

Leaking tap in the bathroom. No toilet paper, only tissues. Water for drinking provided seems strange in reusable bottles, smelled weird, knowing Labuan bajo water problems will recommend only sealed water bottles.

The view from the sea view room is very nice. Especially at sunset time. Breakfast was good. The bed is very comfortable.

Just small stuff. Like juice should be included in the breakfast and maybe a few hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. Otherwise everything was great!

Great location for a perfect view over the harbour. Room was tidy and comfortable. Pool area is awesome, staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is served to your room.

Be aware that if you have any mobility issues this is not a hotel for you. There's lots of steps up to accommodation and from the main road itself. It's also down a very steep hill to the main road with restaurants etc and dive shops on. Also, it is very noisy outside the room due to mosques in the area (start calling around 4am) and a passenger boat that rings it's horn too. We were in room 10 and the light from the advertising board was incredibly bright too.

Bayview gardens hotel is a great find in Labuan Bajo! We had the seaview suite and the balcony was huge and had a comfortable daybed on it. The pool has a gorgeous view over the harbour and you can purchase food and drinks from the pool bar that are very reasonably priced. I would say that there aren't really enough sunbeds for the amount of guests though. Breakfast has 4 options and is delivered to your room to enjoy on the balcony which is really nice, you can pick a time that suits your plans and the hotel (on request) can give breakfast and lunch boxes. We had dinner and drinks on our balcony both nights which was delicious. The food menu however is very small, we'd tried pretty much everything after 2 nights, would be great if there were more options! We were also able to use the pool after our 3 day boat tour rather than waiting at the airport for 4 hours which was a real plus! The hotel then organised our taxi back to the airport when we requested this. If we return to Labuan Bajo we will definitely stay again!!!

Wifi was almost non-existent (a must, these days) disappearing at times, 0.23 mbps in our room on a good day. Had to go to the pool when i needed it most, only to get a slightly better reception. AC shut off every night. Woke up bathing in sweat every night at three and turned the AC back on. .

Great room, clean, super comfy bed. Great views. Nice staff. Room service and breakfast on our balcony every day. Pool villa was an absolute delight. Bayview suite was great as well.

But since my last visit two years ago the place needs some maintenance now. Some installations in the room fall apart. Staff wasn’t always attentive with refilling the the goods offered in room. What bothered me though was that local youth with their massive sound boxes use the road underneath the hotel as a gathering place late at night and crank up their bass. Hotel security always responded to my request to stop them, though.

This hotel is still great, the view awesome, the pool very pleasant, the rooms comfortable and well planned. Staff is friendly and helpful and serves a nice breakfast on your room terrace.

the bathroom looks nice, but theres no shower divider between the shower and toilet, so the shower water ruin the whole bathroom floor. not tidy
