There is nothing to dislike!

This is our second stay at Dinatal Lembongan, and we probably wouldn't even look at staying anywhere else.

The bathroom needs some work. Stepping into the bathroom it felt like a different accomodation. It seemed outdated, we didn’t get the warm water to work but above all, it wasn’t clean. There were small spiders on the ceiling, a huge anthill on the wall. We could see through it because the rest of the property was very good, but this is for the accommodation, in order to make this stay a 10, they need to make sure the bathroom is clean (and maybe renovated). We also booked a snorkeling trip with the accommodation but I would advise you to look somewhere else. The trip was rushed, we got thrown into the truck and when we got to the beach it was all rushy and quick, had to get into the boat and we didn’t really get time to settle in. We had to put our gear on and when we got to the first spot it was highly uncomfortable because the snorkeling guide was friendly, but a bit chaotic and he didn’t really explain much. We didn’t go to Manta Point either. They told us we would be snorkeling for 3 hours, but we left at 9 and we were back at 11. So for a snorkeling trip, look somewhere else.

This was a really nice stay. The bedroom area (just the bedroom) was very nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The resort was very nice and the pool was really good as well. The location was perfect as it was close to the harbour and nice beaches. You can rent bikes at this place and we had no issues at all, it was simply perfect because we really got to see the entire island. You don’t even really need a bike as you can easily walk to Devil Tears, Mushroom Beach, Sunset Beach and a lot more fun places! The breakfast was good as well, not much variety but if you’re looking for variety, there’s a Warung about 3 minutes from here with a lot of extremely good food.

Not really happy with snorkelling as I felt their equipment was of poor quality compared to other snorkelling experiences.

Beautiful property, amazing location right near mushroom beach/bay which is stunning. Amazing staff. I got Bali Belly while I was there and the staff were amazing bringing food to my room and allowing me to have the free breakfast past the time it finished (I just wanted dry toast when I felt a bit better). They took my friend to the pharmacy on their bike to get me medicine. I didn’t leave my room for 24 hours and it was clean, well air conditioned and just pleasant to be in, despite the circumstances. Would stay again.

Just as advertised: clean, quite modern, very nice to hang out at the outdoors of the hotel, quiet area that is just a one minute walk to the main road and close to loads of nice cafes/restaurants/the beach. Hotel has it's own boats, taxis, rentals, tours etc.

There was a large group booking at the same time who were incredibly loud early in the morning in the pool that most of the rooms overlook. Obviously not exactly the hotels fault but a no noise policy would be nice

Everything. The staff are so friendly and help you out none stop. Rooms are so clean and the pools are relaxing. I have no complaints about Dinatah and I will stay here when I return. Thankyou Dinatah

We loved our stay here, we were so impressed with the hotel we actually extended our stay. The staff at this place were all incredible - special mention to Indi, Kadek and Gusti - you all were amazing and all went above and beyond. The location of this hotel was perfect as it is only a couple of minutes walk away from Mushroom Bay beach. The hotel also lets you hire a scooter from them which was so handy. They also have two swimming pools to chill by, both very clean. The room was lovely too!

Our bungalow shower could be seen from the balcony of the upstairs rooms. This needs to be fixed. New towels daily would have been nice as they were always damp.

Basic breakfast offerings but it was nice and all that we needed. Back pool area was good with sufficient shade most of the day. Location very good walking distance to restaurants and beach.

Property is a bit far from main road, a bit of a drive and the road has extra cracks in it. Make sure you know how to drive scooter off-road :)
