The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and we got ants in it. The access is quite difficult so definitely something you should consider.

The view was amazing and the staff very nice. You are surrounded by the ocean, the monkeys.

The toilets/showers really need an update, they smelt really dirty. Very odd putting being so close to where you need to eat.

Location was amazing, gorgeous views. Staff were so so attentive and couldn’t do more for us!!

Our bed wasn’t made on arrival however they offered us a free drink each as an apology, our air con also broke and was leaking everywhere, maintenance was a couple hours so we had to use fans for the remainder of the night which they did provide.

The view was my main reason I wanted to stay, having that right outside your bedroom was amazing, having the beach so close by and the decor was lovely

It’s a beautiful place, wake up with the sound of the ocean.

With a lot of the hotel being made out of bamboo (which is part of its charm!), be prepared for bugs in the rooms (the beds do have nets). We arrived during a rainstorm which I think brought out all of the centipedes. My bathroom (which definitely could have done with some work / being cleaner) was normally occupied by at least three centipedes. The bedrooms were lovely but the bathrooms could do with some love.

Cute, quaint place with an incredible view. The rooms are nicely designed and the staff are really lovely! I had an issue with my room and was offered free lunch to compensate which was lovely. The steps are quite something but the staff will help with bags if needed so I don’t see it as a negative.

The amount of stairs we had to climb, made us have our meals in their restaurant and the food wasnt so great would not recommend.

The location was beautiful, just to walk along the beach was amazing and the rooms were small but well decorated and looked after well. The staff helped us with our bags which was great because there were a lot of stairs to reach it

The stairs to get down to the hotel/up to town is a lot, especially in that heat! Also the monkeys can be a bit of a nuisance

It was such a beautiful place, the room was so cool and furnished with beautiful Balinese furniture and decor. Gorgeous views of the ocean. The food is fantastic and the staff are so nice! Would 100% recommend staying here.

Hotel doesn’t have a lift, so to enter hotel you must go down about 300 steps (staircase), the same as if you want going out hotel to go to another beach or go to a restaurant.

The view of ocean is incredible regarding rooms I stayed in (room 14 and 16). Very good menu (very varied) and private beach.

The walls between the rooms are soooo thin! We could hear everything from the room next door- maybe they were very noisy but could hear them eating, on the phone and everything else. Also the stairs down weren’t great and very difficult to get up and down in heat which isn’t mentioned in booking

Loved the vibe and interior, it’s so so gorgeous especially rooms with balcony and breakfast included was great. Restaurant itself is really nice and food priced reasonably. Staff were amazing and very helpful. Surf instructors were amazing too!

It is a cliff side beach property, so the stairs should be expected, they definitely give you a workout. One small gripe was that some of the steps were quite high, but other than that everything was to be expected.

The property is gorgeous and very boho as pictured. Great options for activities, where I was able to take my first surf lesson

I didn't enjoy the walk down and up to get to the hotel. It was a sunny Day like many days in Bali and I thing I sweater my life going down. Even though i'm 62, I consider myself in good physical shape, and I still found it hard. While the view is breathtaking, the Beach are not that nice. Obviously, you need shoes to go in the water. Also to get out of the hotel and visit the surounding, you always need to go up some 200 stairs +++, not convinrent at all. I STRONGLY recommand you travel with a backpack not luggage. A last point, we were disapointed to see our bathroom outside the room, as we had to go in the hallway to acess our shower or go to the bathroom. We didn't find this convinrent and the safety box is localed under the Bed

The room was well decorated and the view stunning. Breakfast were extremely good and with some variety plus the staff were very nice.

Because of the stairs we hurt ourselves a few times. Even though we were warned about the opportunity to get hurt we didn’t thought it would happen this fast. So be careful with the stairs. Also the monkeys where a bit annoying (even though you get warned about them too). They destroyed some of our stuff but it was our fault for letting them outside. But still be careful!

We really loved the view! It was a brilliant place to stay and the privat beach was beautiful. The rooms where small but in a „beach house“ look which we really liked. Even though the stairs where a challenge everyday the staffs gonna help you on your check in and check out your with your luggage.

They could improve the kitchen but overall amazing.

Amazing view and particular boho rooms! Worth the stairs you have to do to get to this hotel. You could wake up with monkeys on your balcony and you have one of the best spot for sunset! Towels smell so good (not common in Bali since the humidity). Stuff is so helpful.

It is important to note that there are a lot of stairs to get to the location and once there, there is also a lot of stairs to get around. *it is part of its charm, but does make it difficult to get luggage around (staff do help) and when leaving the location.

The property is beautiful and in such a good location! It is really close to shops, restaurants and spas. The room was an absolute dream, and the view from the room and balcony was absolutely jaw dropping.

I did find that there was a rather foul smell in the corridor but it did not extend to the rooms, this may be because it is indeed on the cliff and there are monkeys roaming around. The entrance (i.e the stairs) were a challenge and there was no clear entrance so that was a bit of an issue.

It was most definitely an experience. The view were simply emaculate! Could not stop taking photos. The rooms are rather small but still gorgeous. Do note that the bathrooms are not attached to the rooms, they are located just opposite your room. we had a great stay, and a great experience!

Firstly, the property was located at the bottom of a cliff which is absolutely fine, however we arrived at high tide and had to lug our bags down extremely steep steps only to find ourselves unable to cross to the hotel due to the waves. Again, we weren’t bothered by this, just by the fact this wasn’t advertised because of the inconvenience. Upon check out the porters did take our bags up the cliff, which was greatly appreciated. Also, our bathroom was separate to our room, again we didn’t realise this and wasn’t ideal. Overall, if you’re looking for a instagram photo, this hotel is ideal.

The room and the view were stunning and very picturesque.
