The lift service was very slow in the morning cos it was busy with guests with kids so it took while to get to our room

The location was quite a distance from shopping mall but still convenience to go there as we were travelling by car. However the room level we were given was noisy due to big families having children so it was quite noisy along the corridor. The room was very warm when we arrived and the air con took awhile to get the room cool. Overall the room given was very roomy and clean and the beds were comfortable to stay

I wanted shower curtain equiped in the shower room. It may not be this hotel’s fault, but noisy voice from the corridor disturved my sleep early in the morning.

Staff were friendly and supportive. Restaurant served good food with reasonable cost compared with other hotels of the same class.

There were noisy guests running and shouting outside of our rooms (9th floor) until past 11pm. Colleague told me she called front desk, but this didn't really solve the problem. I understand this is less the hotel's fault and more guest behaviour, though, so.

Stayed for one night only to sleep, so I cannot rate the communal facilities (pool, gym, etc.) Otherwise, nice hotel, amazing staff. Breakfast is standard for the pricing.

My wife and I have chosen to return here again for a long stay soon, based on our good past experiences. You get more with the room, for a cheaper price compared to other 4 star hotels. For the price we'd pay for a plain room in other hotels, we can get a large room with a big balcony and ocean view. The rooms are clean, and the TV has more channels to watch. There is a large selection of food at breakfast, and the lobby and restaurant are very nice aesthetically. The staff has always been courteous to us. Finally, the gym has a good amount to choose from, and the pool area is well maintained. Highly recommended.

I dont like the bathroom, no separation between closet and shower, the wall balcony made me can’t enjoy the view while sitting. AND THE MOST DISAPPOINTING MOMENT CAME WHEN I CHECKED OUT, in room there’s a recycle bag that I used for dirty cloth etc, I think bcs it’s dirty already I can bring it out with all my dirty cloth, but they ask to return it, how come I paid for 1 million per night but they dont give the recycle bag for free? and I wonder how that dirty recycle bag ended up, will they put it back for next guests? the food is not special, another bad experience happened when I ordered omelette, the egg station chef don’t put the egg at bowl first, but they mix it in the pan, made the omelette didn’t mixed well. Sorry but I will think more than five time to return to this hotel.

plus point of this property is only the breathtaking view.
