- the swimming pool area is really close to the restaurant and it feels not so private.. - the breakfast is expensive for what they offer.. they dont have any fresh fruits !

- the hotel was really clean - the personal were super kind and wanted to help all the time! - they have until 1 pm free late check out! Which helps a lot if you want to enjoy the swimming pool a little bit before your flight

We booked in to a cheap hotel as we arrived at 1 in the morning and didnt want to waste money. The place was way better than the price we paid. I wasnt expecting to have a nice pool a very good lounging area and the caffe was very good. We were on a scooter so didnt mind that we had to travel to the beach but its only $4 taxi ride away.

Just noisy being on such a busy road but earplugs would probably help.

We were in need of a place to rest before our very late flight. Grandma's Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Pool area is small but sufficient. Location to get to airport is fantastic.

The toilet sink has a little bottom and is easy to get hold of...

This is the one I think is very good, although it is a small room, but it has everything, There are some things on the table that need extra pay, The breakfast is good, it is really worth staying in.

Too much road noise and had to drive to extra 15-20 minutes to make a U turn because if the road! It’s close to airport so from Hotel to airport is very fast….. from airport to hotel took 30minutes.

Perfect budget one nighter close to airport for early morning flight. Had everything we needed and expected. Welcoming, attentive and polite staff. Excellent communication and updates via email. Expect traffic and airport noise due to location.Back rooms offered.

Furnishment is a bit out of date, and the room itself had a light smell of humid

In general is a good hotel if you need to sleep near the airport before or after a long flight. Room is big and with all necessary comforts.

I liked everything about the hotel except that it was kind of on the highway and therefore you could hear the traffic and it was hard to sleep. Perhaps therooms on the other side were more quiet.

Very pretty and well designed hotel. The room was small but comfortable and fine for one night. Very modern and clean. There was a small but pleasant swimming pool in a nice area with a restaurant.

Stayed just one night after landing in the early hours. Check in at 1am was very easy. Rooms were nice & clean. Breakfast was tasty and the pool area was to chill for a bit before heading to Uluwatu later in the day. Recommend.

Personally, the most welcoming and cost effective hotel. As a woman solo traveler safety is very important to me and with 24 hours security guards, safe box and 24 hours reception with the friendliest employees ever, I didn't feel any discomfort during my stays. I definitely recommend the hotel also for longer stays, the longest I stayed was 3 weeks and they just exceeded my expectations (daily cleaning, daily free water, daily change of towels, free coffee or tea...). The cleanliness of the whole complex is just impeccable and can easily compete with 5 star hotels. But the smiles you receive from every employee here and readiness to help and their service is just unbeatable. Since I am a returning customer the welcoming massage after a long flight was just heartwarming. Small things that matters -- thank you so!!!

The location was incredible. I ordered a scooter and it was delivered to their garage. The staff were professional and kind. They were helpful with their local knowledge. I will look forward to staying here on my next visit.
