Absolutely fantastic stay here, staff are really friendly& always there to help. Rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. Pools are stunning, couldn’t recommend enough.

Incredible property. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. They had scooters you could directly rent from the hotel. Their bar made excellent drinks. We stayed in the Passion suite and had a private pool all to ourselves.

Simply exceptional … the property, pool areas, bungalow … service, friendliness - it was truly the most memorable stay and best hotel I have stayed in Bali so far. No request is too much and the staff really make you feel at home.

The property was so unique means bungalows were cozy open ceilings washrooms. Swimming pool were warming and relaxing. Breakfast was amazing. Turkish eggs , bread basket with croissants.

Be aware that the rooms have precarious sound isolation due to their traditionally inspired construction. As most hotels in the area, it is not possible to walk anywhere, so you will depend on Grab (very reasonable prices) or rent a motorbike.

There were many animals (geckos, frogs, insects) inside our bungalow.

We stayed in the Love Kabana bungalow which was amazing. The surroundings were beautiful and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so helpful and available at all times.

Super nice and very well maintained accommodation with great pool areas and great view.The breakfast was very good! Would definitely recommend staying there. Take grab/gojek or a scooter to go to the beaches since there are no real paths for walking

We didn’t mind it, but there are dogs barking and lots of nature around the place which gets a bit annoying but I think you’ll find that anywhere in Bali to be honest.

The property is amazing. With views from the top of the mountain. From the moment you arrive it is truly spectacular. The location is also great - you just need to rent a scooter or grab, there are loads of great restaurants around a 5 min scoot. The staff are so friendly. Especially the two guys at the bar. The most attentive and helpful guys you can find also quite funny.

I don't even know where to start... I was really looking forward to staying at Gravity, and I was not disappointed. Everything was just perfect! The whole area of the hotel gave off such a pleasant vibe that it was hard to leave, even for a day. I would have loved to spend the entire time there because the team is so friendly and helpful, always ready to serve drinks and food. Not to mention how beautiful the whole hotel is… We will definitely be back soon. In the meantime, stay all well and keep the flag flying high. Also, greetings to Wisnu who made us great cocktails, and to Ricky who has built such a beautiful hotel. It was so nice talking with you both, wish you much success! 🤍

breakfast was average the initial room i stayed in wasn't private, if you like privacy i don't recommend the bamboo room. no laundry service

Staff were really nice and accommodating, I asked to switch rooms because my first room wasn't very private (right by the pool area with people able to see into the room) and they upgraded me to a better room without any issues and the room was really nice Pool & view was beautiful The hotel is decorated so well I like the whatsapp service to contact reception / staff
