Noise. Reviews were correct, there’s lots of animal noises as the 2BR villa is at the back near the farm with cats, dogs and roosters making their sounds all night. If you’re after serenity this is not for you. Felt it was a little overpriced for what we got compared to other properties we’d stayed at in the area the weeks previous.

Lobby and main pool were impressive. Very friendly staff. Location was great, enjoyed being close to Bingin beach, Gooseberry & Cashew Tree

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Staff were amazing, treated us like family and were great with our daughter. Room and facilities were perfect and well thought out. The area can be quite busy and Gypsea is the perfect calming retreat from the chaos. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The drinks were delicious. Scooter rental was easy and getting around was a breeze. Location is perfect. Couldn't recommend Gypsea more and will try to stay again in the future. Special thank you to Ardy, Wita, Muliawa, Herry, Mutu and the rest of the staff!

Amazing stay, very nice designed bungalow. Great pool area for all day chillout. Food and coffee was very good. Excellent restaurants around the area, few minutes walking distance.

Our pool was very dirty when we arrived, it appears it had an issues but it didn’t get fixed until I said something.

Honestly not much probably things that are out of there control I didn’t like the cats that roamed around at night time.

This hotel was amazing! Our bungalow was out of a bali dream. The design and decor were perfect Bali Boho Chic. The pool was so lovely to hangout at and the location was great!

There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. Perhaps the variety of menu items at the restaurant for lunch and dinner. Aside from that everything was great value for money at this property.

The pool and the restaurant were both fantastic, they are clearly very popular with other tourists in the area also so great chance to meet people. The room/suite was the perfect size for a couple with plenty of storage and relaxation space.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are just stunning. Perfectly clean, every little detail thought of, amazing outdoor bathroom with a stunning bath, large comfy beds, lots of space. The pool area was beautiful - it felt a waste to even leave the hotel despite obviously wanting to explore the area and go to the beaches. The food and cocktails were great too and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely and helpful. Ability to last minute book an in room massage and other beauty treatments (nails etc.) was a huge plus too. You can hire mopeds from the hotel immediately for super cheap (I think it was less than £5 a day) and park in the parking area right outside. The vibe was just perfect - can't recommend enough.

It was a bit far from everything, and when you order food to the room they take really long to pick the plates up so flies are just all over the place on your little porch where you leave your plates. Also if your shower is longer than 15 mins the water turns off , which is no problem but something that you should tell your guests ahead of time. I wound up with a head full of shampoo having to sit around and wait for the water to come back.

I loved the rooms! So beautiful and having your own personal pool was the best thing ever for an introvert like me. The food was delicious and everything was clean.

You do have to catch rides, but great with the app and not expensive. Very fast responding time.

Maybe staff circulate around the pool now & again to clean up glasses & plates or letting guests to order a beer or a cocktail from their chair without having to get up & order. Not a big deal, but the bar staff seem to have time to walk around the pool.

Gypsea is a lovely serene property with only 8 seperate villas creating a quiet oasis of lush vegetation & beautiful pool

If your looking for that perfect place to stay its right here! It is one of the most memorable experiences we have ever had. The staff are just wonderful, helpful and we really enjoyed talking with each and everyone of them. The setting is an oasis of beautifully kept gardens with just the right amount of chilled music and incense for all the senses to enjoy! The food was a 10,the rooms were so clean, pool and drinks on point! Scooter hire was easy from the hotel and everything so close by. Highly recommend taking a massage in your room, organised for you within the hour! Thank you to the team for making our stay so perfect! Really we were sad to leave!
