Too much staff at reception doing nothing :) Hotel offers free transfer from airport, but didn't help me moving luggage from another hotel few hundred meters away.

Bad smell in the bathroom The pool is very small, you can't actually swim, it has max 70cm depth Noise from the street Doesn't have hairdryer in the room, you have to call at the reception to bring you one.

Long check in process with scanning all of our documents (passports and visas). We never had that other hotels before or since. Also when we asked for a taxi upon checkout front staff made a call to a 'friend' who was going to be there in 15 minutes... We just walked with our luggage to the street corner where we got a cab in 2 minutes.

Good location (thought it makes it a little noisy but so is the whole town). Nice roomy rooms, well equipped, working AC. Rooftop restaurant food is better that on the menu's pictures.

It has been a very pleasant stay at Harbour Komodo. The hotel is in a great location in Labuan Bajo, right in the middle of town. Everything is very walkable. The staff is outstandingly friendly and very helpful. Both room and hotel in general were very clean and there was fresh drinking water supplied every day. I would definitely stay here again.

I don't have any areas for improvement. Hotel is for the travellers that are staing in this area on the way to cruises and other activities, so it's really all you need.

Exerything was perfect. Rooms are clean and all the facilities work. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Registration process is quick and efficient. That was exactly what we were expecting.

The noise outside was extremely loud, I did arrive at the start of Eid, so maybe this was an exceptional case, as the Muslim community were celebrating on the streets. On both nights I stayed, I was biten by some sort of insect in the bed. I was fine going to bed, but woke up with 4/5 bites each night, it wasn't from Mosquitoes. The shower also didn't have hot water for longer than 60-90 seconds.

The bed was really comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean. The staff were friendly too. The AC was on constantly and kept the room cool.

Can be a little noisy as rooms face the street. We were also disappointed there was no drinking water gallon for guests, meaning we had to buy water in plastic bottles, this feels like something that could be changed.

The hotel has warned me, but the noise is still more than I expected .I live on the second floor and the sound of motorbikes is very loud and lasts until late at night. If you don't sleep well, you'd better bring a pair of headphones, and there seem to be some stains on the sheets that can't be washed out

It's not exactly a resort type of hotel, but it's affordable and located on one of the busiest streets in the area, with plenty of restaurants and diving clubs outside. The staff is friendly.
