Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

GermanyMain Topic was the noice from the traffic entering the room. So peacefull sleeping was nearly impossible. Better windows would help quite a lot. The floor and rooms were more of the vointage type. That means renovation would be expected soon. the backyard of the hotel was somehow unexpected, as it looked like a lost area.
I was received by very friendly staff,. The breakfast was fantastic good and in a quired place. Bed was comfortable. Location near to Mal, Submarine, Local areas and in an acceptable distance to the airport. Pool area was acceptable

This Hotel is very affordable. I could not believe that we can get such nice, decent, clean, and spacious room with this price! Not to mention that the location is in the center of Surabaya, very close to Tunjungan Plaza. All about this hotel exceeds our expectation. Probably some things for improvement: lift only works 1 of 2, parking area is not well covering cars

IndonesiaLimited toiletries. Only 1 roll of tissue was provided. No facial tissue provided. Breakfast was supposedly buffet but only limited food available in the resto. When we came at the resto, no vailable foods anymore except for bread, egg and coffee/tea. Gym not available. No safety box
Staffs were so kind and accommodating. Nice location with secured parking. With hair dryer, electric kettle and refrigerator.
