My recent stay at Jumeirah Bali was STELLAR! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The attention to detail was remarkable (e.g., the safe in the room has a ring holder,amenity kit includes hair ties and hair clips, mouthwash, etc) and we loved the amount of glass bottles of water, 2 toilets in the villa, special desserts left in the room daily, a scale for weighing yourself. And love the e-bulter service - a quick buggy ride that arrived faster than some elevators I've encountered elsewhere, or the warm welcome that made me feel like a VIP from the start. For example, every time I went to the restaurant the staff knew my name. The staff truly anticipated my every need, making me feel pampered and valued throughout my stay. One highlight I must rave about was when I told the manager how much I love the mangosteen, in season during March, and she sent me a small basket of mangosteen to our villa. It's these little touches that elevate a stay from great to extraordinary. As for the accommodations, my room was nothing short of stunning. The attention to design and comfort was evident in every corner, providing a tranquil retreat after a day of exploration. You can tell this hotel is only a few years old. And let's not forget the pool - private, pristine, and the perfect oasis to unwind and soak up the serene surroundings. The bed was perfect firmess (for me) and the room was cleaned 2 times a day. For fellow Americans concerned about water and food safety, let me put your mind at ease. We indulged in every culinary delight without a single issue. In essence, this hotel is more than just a place to stay - it's a walking dream. From the impeccable service to the exquisite surroundings, every moment felt like a journey into paradise looking over the beautiful ocean. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and can't wait to return.

The only one thing we disliked was not having many dinner options for vegetarian/vegan diet, but that was fine since we ended up ordering from outside.

This location and resort left us speechless. It was the highlight of our 1 week stay in Bali, we wished we stayed a little longer. The staff was amazing, the rooms were great and the hospitality exceeded our expectations .

We loved everything about Jumeriah Bali! The resort, buildings, architecture, and landscape and gardens are truly one of a kind… Absolutely beautiful! A lot of careful thought that is gone into its design. This peaceful, and serene resort is next level. The villa is well appointed, extremely comfortable and luxurious, the two restaurants, down by the beach provide the most spectacular sunset views every day, the food is absolutely incredible, but the best thing about this resort are the beautiful friendly staff who are extremely warm and welcoming and always looking for what they can do to make your stay better

Everything was perrrfect from the moment we arrived at the property. This is a very beautiful resort with breathtaking views, grounds and exceptional service! Even the food is scrumptious. We’ve travelled to so many luxurious resorts in the world and I must say that Jumeirah has the most perfect breakfast menu. Perfect presentation, lots of good quality choices and super delectable. Everyone are happy working here and we definitely felt it. It’s what I would call service from the heart. We were almost heartbroken leaving this beautiful resort and wished we had booked more nights. If you’ve never felt loved from a resort before, try this property. Amazing and fabulous are truly understated!!

Looking at the menus from different restaurants/ room service offerings one might think there could be a bigger variation in terms of vegan/ gluten free/ refined sugar free or in general special diet friendly options BUT staff always asked if we had any special dietary requirements and upon request they made anything happen!

Exceptionally great service! Everyone was so friendly and attentive, the complete resort including all restaurants, gym and our villa is really well maintained and kept clean at all times. No wishes left to be fulfilled, we will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Ricky and Widi from Segaran & Adi from Akasa going above and beyond to offer outstanding service. Also big thanks to the wellness instructors pushing us through through some really great cardio boxing and yoga sessions 🤝🏻
