The food at the restaurant was not as good as it could be which is a shame as it is a beautiful location. It did not have a bar and the bintang was expensive compare to other places.

Breakfast could be more varied. Please fix pool filter system and pump. Most rooms without balconies and terraces.

Breakfast quite simple, boiled and fried rice, two kinds of fruit juices from cartons, sausages and bacon slices. Every day is similar. Cooks sunny side up or smashed eggs, pancakes and waffles. Room service is good, every day is polite and convenient. Hotel has a well-kept garden area and a small beach. You can order in the restaurant local and european cuisine, free barbecue and tools are provided. Free transfer service from and to the airport.

The aircon didn’t work well in the first day.

Staffs were very helpful and gentle. Free shuttle to the airport was a plus.

A bit messy of wild branches surrounding the beach, it would be more impressive if the hotel could clean it.

Delicious breakfast prepared by hotel before the boat trip early morning . The villa provides spacious balcony where facing to garden and sea view. Room is spacious and clean. They also provide free airport transfer . Staffs are friendly and speaking good English .

Lovely atmosphere to relax between activities and day trips. Helpful and kind staff and a nice restaurant where you can have lunch, dinner or so. Spacious clean rooms, big bathroom. The garden is well taken care of. Located by the sandy beach where swimming is possible if the water is high enough. Lovely pool and area to relax.

The hotel is a bit outside of the Labuan Bajo. Therefore, do not expect plenty of restaurants next to it. Rent a scooter.

We only spent one night after our Komodo trip and flew out the next day. It was away from the town Center but was in walking distance of shops and restaurants? Pool was great with a fabulous view of the beach. Breakfast was good! Staff very friendly! Free shuttle to airport!

Bit dated. Restaurant wasn’t great - much nicer eating in town . A fair few small cockroaches in the bathroom - staff gave us spray to sort out but not ideal

Only negative is that it is situated between local settlements, there are cows grassing on one side and locals fixing their boats on the other. Although great for ambiance. There is a lot of flies around the restaurant and rubbish on the beach.

Outstanding. The layout is well thought out, with the pool and restaurant overlooking the beach area. Villa rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Staff are efficient and polite. Overall very well managed.

We had an accident while there, and the staff was not very responsive (some may not have understood English, which is not their fault except they gave the impression they understood). They also didn't have a first aid kit on the premises. Not a big deal until it is, and seems irresponsible.

Beautiful resort on the beach. Big room and massive bathroom which was very comfortable. The pool and ocean view was lovely and the staff was friendly and helpful.
