One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life, the service is incredible, the rooms are spacious and cleaned multiple times during the day. the hotel has a lot of activities. they also provided us with a complimentary photoshoot for our honeymoon. In short, words can’t describe how much Mandapa made our honeymoon memorable

Not a single thing I can think of that wasn't perfect :)

Our stay was fabulous, we travelled with kids and the staff went out of the way to make it absolute magical. Kids had so much fun in the kids club with their friendly staff, every single staff member was a gem and made sure we are comfortable. The lovely Dui offered us late check out to make sure we have adequate time to shower and change after the afternoon rafting. We were genuinely sad to leave and can't wait to go back. The amount of mosquitos and flies, at meal times we were bitten a lot even though we had repellent on.

As soon as you arrived the experience begins from the greetings, environment, views to the exceptional attentive staff. Natural cultural surround is breathtaking! The room was something else luxury and design layout open plan and sophisticated. You get that feel good feeling straight away. The way staff treat you and great you was impressive. There are staff for staff and it’s like they know what you’re thinking before you do. If you want to switch off, relax in stunning surrounds this is the place.

Nothing-- I wouldn't change a thing! Our experience was perfect, and we didn't want to leave.

If you're visiting Ubud, you have to stay here! Stunning property; we were absolutely blown away by the nature and serenity of the property location. The tasting menu dinner at Kubu (we booked the cocoon) was phenomenal and a highlight of our trip! Enjoyed time at the pool, and all food/drinks on site were delicious and thoughtfully curated. Our butler and the staff really made the experience for us-- thank you so much for having us!

We liked everything about the property. The facility was excellent and clean, the hotel had an amazing view and most of all, the staffs were all very heartwarming and kind. Everyone always had a smile on their face. Our butler(putih), Riadi, especially made our stay at Mandapa memorable - he was very caring and professional. He is definitely the best butler you can find! We will be back at Mandapa some day :)

Having to leave at some point, I miss it already

To me, absolutely nothing compares to this place. The surroundings are magical. The design is the most aesthetic I have ever seen in any luxury hotel. And the staff is absolutely brilliant, with no exceptions. Special thanks to Kewin! Unfortunately I was sick with a cold during my stay and she took such good care of me.

everything. what a treat. the staff are exceptional. your personal buttler is exceptional. takes care of everything with ease and joy. we did not do tours, so i do not know how they are around organizing that. but other than that. everything was perfect. one of the best hotel experiences ive had ( and i have a lot around the world). we stayed in pool villa in front of river.
