Small things to improve even further: no ventilation in the bathroom (smelly and humid), old towels, door not closing properly. The location next to the mosque didn't bother me, but it is very individual

I loved this place is Kuta Lombok. The architecture of the guest house is simple but so beautiful. The room was very clean ( cleaned everyday by the staff ) . They offer free water, coffee and tea. I highly recommend this place.

Wifi wasn't the best, this didn't bother us at all, but I will still leave this here in case someone finds this info important.

Extremely friendly staff. Location was perfect. It was very clean, beautifuly decorated, comfortable beds. I would definitely recomend staying here. They also helped us find a driver and rent a motorbike. The laundry service they arranged was also cheap and quick. Everyday there were chocolates waiting for us on bed. So thank you Naia team.

But what makes this place 10/10 is the kind staff and the owner Marlisa. They gave me all the best recommendations, and most of all treated me like family, from when I checked in till they waved goodbye to me. Beyond hospitality some wonderful Humans.

If we had to mention one thing, it would be the mosque, as clearly pointed out by the owner is close by. Especially fridays can get a bit louder. However, no big deal if you are on the go all day anyway.

Very personal and kind hospitality. We felt extremely welcome. We got help with everything we needed (scooter, daily breakfast, tips around Lombok, doctor etc.) making the stay even more enjoyable.

KUTA'S BEST ACCOMODATION We recently had the pleasure of staying at Naia Lombok, and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff exhibited unparalleled warmth, assertiveness, and professionalism throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by providing detailed insights about the area. The staff thoughtfully informed us about recent improvements to the wifi, including a change in the provider and the addition of extra modems on the property. Although occasional slowdowns occurred, it was explained that this was more reflective of the area than a specific Naia issue. Being centrally located, the staff also candidly discussed the call to prayer and street noise, emphasizing that this is the reality of staying in the heart of town with convenient access to everything within walking distance. The property itself is immaculately maintained, and it's safe to say that Naia is perhaps the cleanest and most inviting hotel we've encountered throughout our travels in Indonesia. One highlight was the breakfast – a delightful array of choices, including fruits and coffee, providing a substantial start to the day. They even offered additional options at a small cost for those in need of extra fuel before hitting the surf. In conclusion, we wholeheartedly recommend staying at Naia. The team has truly excelled in presenting and maintaining this property, making it a standout choice for a memorable stay in Lombok.

The mosque is next door but it is honestly less loud in this stay than many others we stayed in so it was not an issue.

We had booked 2 nights but immediately fell in love with the hotel and extended for another 3 nights. The place is quite central in Kuta and even if it is busy on the street, you don't hear it inside the room. With 6 rooms, you will never be overrun here. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. There was air conditioning and it worked. There was also an electric kettle and coffee and tea that were refilled every day. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of hot water and an ok shower. The bedding was clean and the bed good. There was wifi and it worked well. The swimming pool is nice and the water is clean. The breakfast was extremely good. All in all, there are a lot of small details and a commitment on the part of the staff that make a stay at this cozy botiueq hotel an experience you have to treat yourself to. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

So far our favourite place in Lombok. Marlisa and her staff are exceptional, the attention to details and hospitality they put into your stay make you feel like you're family from the first minute. The pool and cold welcome drink completely melted the hot dusty day away and made us feel fresh and new again. Nothing - all was perfect

This is a cozy guesthouse with everything you need: I even extended my stay here! The place is exactly like in the pictures and description, and everything worked fine. It’s the small things that make the difference at Naia, merging Indonesian culture with western comforts: the welcoming and friendly staff, ready to help and find a solution even with non-standard requests (like re-usable ice packs for my knee post trekking, drop-off and pick-up with driver from the beach when I couldn’t drive myself), the touches to improve your stay such as re-usable water bottle for each guest, electric mosquito repellent and earplugs in your room for a more comfortable sleep, the delicious breakfast and their signature dragonfruit juice, and the small booklet in each room with ideas and recommendations for your stay! As a solo female traveller I felt very safe here even walking back in the evening from other places in town. I also took 2 private surf lessons with their recommended instructor and recommend him too.

Mainstreet and late music nights can be noisy. I did not first sleep, was irritated because of that but got used to it after 3-4 nights. If you want to stay at Kuta, Naia is really good option!

Staff was super nice. They were kind and caring, really authentic. It was easy to communicate with them and you can trust them 110%, what I appriciate a lot. Naia was beatiful, room and shower were cozy and clean. Mosque next does not bother. Things what were extra nice: -Healthy breakfast options and big coffees -Free water and free coffee -Flexible times with brekkie - Staff seemed to like working a lot at Naia, what was really nice! Owner supports them (and local business) a lot, and we thought it is super sweet. Location is good for exploring Southern Lombok and Kuta. Easy to go try different restaurants.

- Some people complain about the noise of the mosque, but what do you expect? They're hundreds or maybe a thousand mosques in Lombok. It's normal.
