We drive a car in Bali and were told parking was available but it's a narrow road and often there was nowhere to park. We were shown to a parking place away from the property which was inconvenient with luggage

We enjoyed our stay here, the staff were lovely and the room was a good size with a decent bathroom. Cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was adequate. You definitely need insect repellent as the mosquitoes were very bad.

- the bathroom is very outdated and mine was quite smelly - a kettle for hot water in the room would have been nice - there were a lot of centipedes all over outside and sometimes they came in the room. But since the room was cleaned every day no problem for me - I didn’t mind the many dogs, but did mind that they peed on my terrace once in a while

- the family and their employees are so friendly and helpful - the room was cleaned every day - the location very close to the beach and to the main road, but still quiet - the breakfast was very good and you have a choice of different options

Unfortunately Amed wasn't for us, so we checked out early so didn't use the pool or have anything to eat. If you do want to stay in Amed, this is good, value for money accommodation.

Accommodation was lovely, very clean, comfy bed, pretty garden. Huge fridge. Move it somewhere else and we'd very happily stay here again.

Narayana Homestay was a great choice and I am very grateful for the 7 days I spent there and thanks to them Amed was an unforgettable experience for me. The accommodation is located in the center of the city is very quiet which is great because you can relax on the terrace in the peaceful and nice garden with the possibility of swimming in the clean pool. My room was huge and very very clean. After a month of travelling to Bali it was an excellent choice for that price. The family that runs this homestay is extremely helpful and kind and you can feel that they put their whole heart into their work. They were willing to help me anytime, the son of the landlad was my driver on the scooter and drove me wherever I needed to go, whether for yoga or to go to the most beautiful beach for snorchelling. They also helped me arrange a boat trip on the Gilly Air and they also arranged me driver and also a ride to the new location where he brought me my luggage. Thank you very much for a lovely week, it's was very nice also because of you, dear Narayana.

Clean and spacious rooms, quiet, attentive and very friendly staff. It felt like i was visiting friends. Stayed at 3 properties this trip n this property by far exceeded all others. The room was on par but the hospitality was second to none. Room was clean, bright, big. Bed comfy. Aircon worked. Restaurant overlooking the pool was opened all day.

Truly a superior homestay! Putu and her team provide a well-run accommodation - our room was spotless, spacious, comfortable and we even had a kitchen and refrigerator! Narayana is down a quiet lane, in a safe family compound where guests have privacy in rooms centered around a lovely swimming pool. Nothing; everything was great.

I loved my stay here. The bed was really comfy, the staff are lovely and helpful. The brekkie was included in the price which is always nice. I don’t ride a scooter and wanted to go to the snorkelling beaches and they were kind enough to drive me there and back for a cheap price. It would help if you like dogs as there are lots of dogs here! I felt really welcomed and at home. The pool is great too.

The place was beautiful, very clean and tidy (probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed in). The room was spacious, super comfy bed and had a nice, clean bathroom. They provide a really nice homemade breakfast, with delicious fresh fruit and coffee! All the staff were lovely and very friendly, they were very welcoming and caring. They made me feel like home and helped me with everything I needed. The place has a nice outdoor area and a big swimming pool. I had a great time staying here and I highly recommend it!
