The only thing was the vanity was all mouldy & really needs replacing

The staff are so attentive, caring, and punctual that nothing is a problem. The secluded resort is a bit out of town, but that's not a problem because they offer a free chauffeur service to get you to most places in Uluwatu.

Fantastic stay in the heart of Bali We spent a total of four days at Onaya in Bali and can report many positive things. Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The food was a true highlight – varied, fresh, and incredibly delicious. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every dish was a delight. The quality of the food and the presentation amazed us every day. The staff was always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The hospitality we experienced here was exceptional and made our stay particularly pleasant. Another big plus was the mosquito-free environment. The hotel took great care and regularly sprayed appropriate measures, allowing us to enjoy our stay without annoying mosquitoes. This was especially pleasing as we could easily stay outside in the evenings. We highly recommend Onaya and will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful time!

We thought the rooms are a bit bigger but it was nice and cozy anyways.

The room was nice and clean, we got a welcome package with eye masks (such a cool idea) and fresh water, which was refilled daily. The pool was very nice and they offered fresh towels from the hotel.

Loved everything

This is a real gem in Uluwatu. Right from the start, the staff upon check-in make you feel like home. The location is central and easy to get to all the main spots. They offer a shuttle service during the day and early evening as well. 3 things I love about Onaya: 1. Balinese Vibe: This has a real “sense of place” given the architecture of the villas, the cozy layout of the villas around the pool, the landscaping and the quiet. 2. Courteous Staff: Available by WhatsApp and very responsive to all requests. I needed laundry taken care of and they sorted everything. The team is very professional and greet you with a smile. 3. Inviting Pool Area: Perfect place to relax, read and rest. Makes you want to spend the day at the Villa.

Property was beautiful, about a 10 minute drive from everything and the staff were super lovely. So friendly and remembered my name, by the third day they knew my breakfast order. Pool is fantastic and everything was so easily accessible!

The rooms were too small and didn’t have side tables so you can’t really roam around. However, there was a small storage space to fit in your suitcase. I didn’t like the amount of centipede around and lizards around

Made of Bamboo, means that you should all the time be careful to don’t disturb your neighbors. Not suitable for everyone. And it’s important point to take in consideration

The location is perfect. The pool is beautiful.It’s a very relaxing place connected to the nature. If you afraid to get disturbed by a sound of car or music : It’s a definitely a place for you as the only things that you will ear is the bird singing. Resort location is off the main roads and beaten paths of Uluwatu, hence quiet, but still very close to all main attractions. Organization of scooter rental was great, as well as the shuttle service. Hospitality and kindness of Ary, Debbie and the whole team was unparalleled and made us feel welcomed and at home immediately.
