Nothing! Everything perfect

Everything was perfect. The location the staff the amenities the food the surprises we got. Could have stayed there permanently. Benjamin was such an amazing caring person helped my daughter when she wasn't feeling well being pregnant in the heat and helped me go to pharmacy to buy medicine for my flu. Absolutely best place to stay, our favourite place in Bali. Will definitely be going back to stay there again.

Nothing! This place is amazing!

My partner and I wished we’d stayed longer!! This hotel has such a vibe, the little surprises are great and the staff are super friendly! The beach is a 5 minute walk away and there are loads of restaurants and a club near by too! The view from our room was amazing, our room overall was huge, we loved the open shower! Highly recommend the floating breakfast too!!

The only down side was the house keeping timings being in the evening and not during the day when your out doing activities.

I loved everything about Pink coco, the moment you walk in there’s excitement, from the free snacks and icecream down to the flirty sexy signs.

I extended my stay and actually stayed in 3 different rooms but I loved it because I didn't realise there were different pools and areas of the hotel. The rooms were all great but my favourite part was the staff! All so cool and friendly, made travelling by myself so welcoming to come back to the hotel. The hotel was in a great spot so I could easily walk to Padang Padang to go for a surf, great food at the hotel and nearby restaurants. Also had a day spa attached so you can organise a massage/haircut if required. I'll definitely be staying here again!

The lighting in the bathroom should be brighter especially in the evening. It was hard to put make- up on and way too hot. And maybe put a full size mirror in the room?

The location was great near the beach, shops and great restaurants. Fantastic and friendly staff always smiling. Our room was very cute and quite romantic. Loved it!

Bathroom lighting needs to be more in surfers room. Beds could be a bit comfier.

The location was great, just a 4-minute walk to Padang Padang Beach and conveniently close to numerous shops and restaurants. The hotel itself is charming, with pools that are open 24/7. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast is à la carte, offering a wide variety of choices.

Nothing was disappointed at all!

I have stayed at PinkCoco so many times because I love the location, rooms, food, amenities, staff and just how gorgeous it is. 🦩🦩🦩🦩 And this time they exceeded my expectations again when I had a small emergency! I left my wallet in a taxi and when I discovered that a few minutes later, all the staff jumped into action, including the management, Harry. Especially De Yo who drove me to the taxi stand and helped me get my wallet back! 💗 a happy ending is that now I am reunited with my wallet and eating the best herbed tuna with couscous at the fantastic restaurant here.

It was all good. Small thing was that the shower temperature was a bit difficult to regulate.

The location. It was walkable or a short Grab ride away from shops, restaurants and beach clubs. The pools were great and loved the decor. The little surprises like an ice cream cone by the pool in the afternoon were really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Romantic hotel with regular free snacks, drinks and ice cream at the pool area. Also free drinkable water and soda in the room. Overall very friendly staff. Helped us with luggage. Checked room regularly. Provided free anti mosquito cream. Probably the most memorable our stay in Bali.

We loved our stay here and will definitely stay at other CoCo Pink Hotels. They staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect! You can walk to whatever you need... bars, restaurants, shops, and the Panang Panang Beach. The hotel takes great pride in creating a nice experience for their guests with leaving little surprises in the room every night when they turn down the beds. We loved it!

Truly nothing I can think about, it was just a perfect choice.

Perfect choice. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, amazing breakfast with many options, big room and bathroom. Tons of little details and gestures. Cool pools. Everything pretty and clean. Super good and fair prices for bike rental and laundry. I would choose PinkCoco again and again and again.

The pool areas are great, I stayed in the Penthouse and it was nice with good aircon and everything I needed. The view was pretty good from the room. The breakfast menu is good and very generous. The breakfast are is nice too. The location of this place is perfect, very close to amazing beaches and great bars and restaurants.

We only had breakfast from the onsite restaurant and found it to be ok. The coffee was good though.

The staff were amazing! Facilities and pool were really good, the perfect spot to relax. The location is great close to lots of things but you also feel like you’re in a secluded oasis. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic accommodation with lots of unexpected little quirks & surprises. Each evening when our room was made up, we were provided with a little treat including homemade biscuits! Fruit sticks & ice cream were given out during the day if you were relaxing by the pool. The staff were beyond friendly & attentive and the hotel itself was gorgeous.

The wifi was spotty. Couldn't get much work down inside the room. In the common areas, it worked with no problem.

Our room (patio) was fine, but not as pretty as on the pictures. We would suggest a better lighting concept for the room. There was no ambient light only a very light lamp.

Really nice experience overall. The hotel design is extraordinary and the stuff is really fun. We got so many free snacks and shots at the pool (did not get this in any other hotel). Breakfast was really nice. Ordering an additional juice / cappuccino without any extra costs. Location is good- everything you need in walking distance, but still quite pool area and rooms
