The girl at reception doesn't speak much english and doesn't have much information, so to every question she told me to wait for the manager, who wasn't coming until the morning after. It would be great if she had all the info about shuttle buses, tours, etc. to organise the stay on the same day of the arrival.

The dorm is really comfy, with great lockers, good wifi, and two toilets/showers outside. Nice breakfast (just banana pancake option) and free water.

The hostel is located right next to the beach and there are a few great warungs/ cheap restaurants just a couple of hundred meters up the road. The room was very spacious and clean, and there was even a free breakfast included in the price! It was very fairly priced as well.

It would be nice if the toilets and the showers were in separate rooms. Some hooks at the wall next to the bathroom sinks would be a good improvement, so it would be possible to hang up the towel and other stuff. It was quite loud sometimes because of the location directly at the main road, but with earplugs it was ok to sleep.

As mentioned in the description, the bungalow does not have air con, only a fan (but the dormitory room has one). I ended up getting used to it easily though. There are no social events organized by the hostel itself and no chilling area apart from the kitchen, thus it kind of depends on whether the people staying there are willing to talk. During my time there, most backpackers were willing to chat and we ended up spending a lot of time together.

Very spacious room. Cleaned daily which is a huge plus. Right across the street from an amazing snorkeling spot and many warungs. Lovely hosts. If you need a quiet place in Amed with a kind family feel, this place is for you. There is only one big kitchen table where everyone sits to eat which makes it easy to talk to people.

Very comfortable and clean dorm. Nice solid bunks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. A delicious banana pancake breakfast and coffee was provided in the morning. Great location right by the beach and sunset point. Fairly quiet but still met some great people.

There’s not really any chilling area, just the kitchen table which is pretty small and not very comfy. Also, it could be cleaner.

Beds are comfy, ac worked well. Good water pressure, hot water in shower. The breakfast was really good (banana pancake with honey). Staff super sweet. One of the cheapest spot in town.

It’s a small hotel/hostel with one hostel room (6 pax I think) and some private rooms. Therefore it is not a typical hostel vibe and it depends if the other people are social or not. I had a good time though :)

For that price the accomodation is really good! the beds are nice, you have a really big locker, bed light, a power plug and curtains. it’s actually not a real bunk bed but two levels with solid stairs, therefore the top beds are really nice as well. Bathrooms are good with hot and cold showers. The owners are very helpful. he booked me a shuttle and ferry to nusa penida and when I told him one of the showers is broken he immediately repaired it. the hostel dog is cute! Breakfast included.
