Nothing, the fact we had to leave.

There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t like from our stay. The hotel was beautiful, rooms were spotless and the bed was super comfortable and a super kind. Aircon was perfect and the bath was an added touch. Staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We only ate breakfast but you can have this ordered to the room or restaurant. Again could not fault it. Location was pretty close to everything, you would not look from the outside thinking how special this stay is. Pool was lovely and staff allowed us to use on an evening if we were really quiet. We will be back for sure.

We came to this hotel in Ubud for our honeymoon, and they truly made it perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, equipped with everything. They literally thought of everything. The food at the hotel is delicious too. What truly made our experience perfect was the staff. I have never seen such kind and warm-hearted staff before. They anticipate your every need, striving for ultimate comfort. They are genuinely warm and welcoming, making you feel completely at home. Also the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, my compliments to them. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The locarion was good but not excellent since you have to walk around 15-20 minutes if you want to reach the center of ubud.

Everything. The staff was extremely polite, always with a smile on their face, ready to help you and they make the whole experience really special and memorable. The room was very clean and the location was good. We took our breakfast in our room and it was lovely. They even prepared for us a breakfast box in order to give it to us since we were about to go to activity before the breakfast hours.

The one thing that I felt could have been improved was the hair dryer.

I like the location of the property. There were cafes, mini marts and other interesting shops in the vicinity. The vibes were quaint and peaceful, perfect for that weekend getaway. The staff were ever so gracious, polite, and always ready to help. 👍🏻

This is an honest review of the hotel, it was fantastic! The beds were super comfortable we wanted to sleep all day. The staff were possibly the most friendly people we met on the trip and they made us feel like family. The restaurant food was excellent for breakfast. Yoga was a great experience, and shower was large and had excellent pressure with no loss of hot water! Lastly it has an art museum inside and sunrise/sunset from the roof was breathtaking. Couldn't recommend it more!

Location of the hotel. 20 min by foot to go to the city center (and the road is very crowded)

The hotel staff is amazing. The room was very clean, large and well decorated. The swimming pool is in the middle of trees. Breakfast is also excellent and very large. Tea time and yoga lesson were also included in the price !

The traffic at the entrance to the hotel is chaos but you can’t here it in the rooms

The hotel is beautifully laid out around a small pool surrounded by plants and trees. the suites open up onto it and there is a terrace where the amazing staff bring you breakfast

Amazing staff who were all so friendly and done anything to help us. Especially Manny (hope I got this right) she was a superstar and really cared how we were. The location is perfect too. We booked the Sunday sunset dinner and the food was delicious. They booked my partner (Mr Josh 😊) into a wood carving class which he loved and also the relaxation massage was delightful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will visit again!

Slight inconvenient location

Incredible nice staff, great food, comfortable and spacious rooms, great care for detail and cleanliness, lovely tours. They offer shuttles to town and are always willing to help out with anything.

Our experience was exceptional. The staff was super helpful and made us feel like home. The breakfast was fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful. Our room had direct access to the pool which was a plus. One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed.

Everything was super amazing, from the friendly staff to facilities to room and location. Felt extremely welcomed and well taken care of. The room definitely exceeded our expectations and it has a direct pool access. It was a very comfortable stay and we loved the small touches such as daily bedtime stories! We went on for a sunrise jeep at 3am and the staff very kindly prepared breakfast for us to takeaway. Thank you so much to the team at Purana Suite for this memorable experience! It has got to be the best part of my recent Bali trip.

Purana suite is exceptional . We booked the villa which is onsite . It was luxurious , spacious and authentic Balinese. I’ve never slept so well - the mattresses were heavenly . Staff are lovely and can’t go enough for you . Also perfect location for monkey forest ( walking distance ) and getting to the teggalang rice terraces and quad biking and rafting along the ayung river . 10 out of 10. Would visit again

It’s quite close to a busy road so at night I struggled with the noise. The pool area has trees and is surrounded by the hotel so I hd to move around a lot to find a sunny spot for sunbathing.

The staff were absolutely exceptional, so kind and helpful, I stayed only two nights and they all greeted me by my name. The hotel facilities are gorgeous and the at the roof there is deck which was perfect for morning yoga. The pool is gorgeous, the food was great and they even left a bedtime story on my bed every night!

Small but intimate feeling hotel. We had the Honeymoon package that included a candle lit dinner, massage and decorations. Highlight was breakfast every morning which was brought to the room Staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Gali who picked us up on the first night ! Thanks all :)
