With all the mosquitos it would be nice if there weren't stagnant ponds of water everywhere on the property

This is a beautiful resort, will definitely stay again. Enjoyed our time at the beautiful pool and nice to snorkel at the front. The reception helped us to rent a scooter and taxi to our next hotel.

The location is great. Directly in front of the sea with a lot to see underwater! Restaurants and supermarkets are close. The suites are very comfortable and the ocean view is fantastic. Breakfast is very delicious. The stuff is very friendly and kind. They made a wonderful and sweet birthday surprise for me. We had a great stay all in all. :)

We could not find anything we did not like.

They upgraded our room upon check-in because they saw we had a baby. We booked this 2 days before arrival and we loved it. We rented equipment for snorkelling and went straight out from the hotel. Beautiful. 10 minutes walk to a fantastic beach, Lipah Beach. Close to good restaurants in the city Amed. A bit far away from the center but they helped with transportation.

The floor is slippery everywhere, you need to be careful if you enter the room after the pool.

Our stay at this resort was enjoyable overall. The living room and bedroom were spacious and comfortable, with powerful AC in the bedroom also cooling the living area effectively. Although we encountered issues with the refrigerator and shower, they were promptly resolved within a day by the attentive staff. There are two pools, one of which is perfect for kids and most of the time it is absolutely empty. Snorkeling right from the shore was a highlight, offering a convenient and rewarding experience. Additionally, diving with Bali Reef Divers was private, comfortable, and professionally managed. While the resort's restaurant was satisfactory, we also explored some excellent dining options within walking distance.

unfortunately the weather wasn't great for diving on our second visit. but had a good stay anyway. we are going back as the weather has improved!!!!

this is the second time we have stayed here. love the location and the beautiful villa - we booked the same villa each time. Ian dives, so perfect for divers plus they have Bali Reef Divers on site. I can walk in the water and snorkel in front of the hotel or walk about 5 to 10 mins to the next bay = Lipay Bay where the turtles mostly stay. Good restos and warungs nearby. Walking distance to min mart/grocery store. love the Pool and the view is exceptional Sea on one side, jungle and mountains on the other - whats not to love

The weather in March is always wet but cooler

There were 6 of us, we had oceanview deluxe rooms & one villa, all rooms were good. The rooms were comfortable and quite big, and the oceanview balconies overlooked the pool and ocean. The restaurant was lovely, breakfast was included and was great. We stayed during Nyepi, silent day and the staff made sure everyone knew what the expectations were and plenty of good food was available. We used the onsite spa and the price/service was really good. We went for a couple of dives with the onsite dive shop which was convenient. There is a little convenience shop quite close and a few other warungs/restaurants within walking distance. The area is very quiet so we hired scooters from the hotel reception and went for short rides around the area to explore. The hotel arranged transport from the airport for our group after a late-night arrival, the price was very reasonable, we wouldn't have got it cheaper had we arranged it ourselves.

TV was a little small for the viewing distance.

The room was clean and spacious and included a large shared balcony that had a traditional Balinese bale (pavilion) for enjoying the view. All facilities were in excellent condition. Shower was always hot and pressure was excellent. Breakfast was acceptable. The spa was actually really good.

Not an issue for me but be mindful that there are a lot of steps to the reception and restaurant and rooms due to it being built on the hillside.

Spotlessly clean, gorgeous room with sea view and enormous balcony. Staff were very helpful. Used Dive Centre connected to hotel for Discovery dive too and highly recommend.

Amazing location right on the water. We enjoyed sitting on the sun loungers looking over the beach and swimming in the pool. You can hire snorkelling gear and we saw all sorts of tropical fish, coral and even a turtle straight out from the property. Room was super spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the water. Staff were helping in organising transport and our hike to Mount Agung. Would stay again!
