Quite some noisy children from time to time, but not the hotel cannot really do something about it.

Just everything: staff, food, facilities, quality of service. I travel quite a lot but this hotel was the best I have ever stayed at. The staff goes the extra mile to give you the best experience and stay. I have no words, but this hotel reaches perfection on many levels. Highly recommend it.

Pillow menu should be put on the bedside table, instead of being covered in a thick book no one would read.

Amazing stay at the heart of Jakarta. Living up to its prestigious name. Loved the smooth check in, the entire room (except for the default pillow that was too soft for me that I ended up having bad neck pain for the last one week after the stay). But the breakfast menu — splendid. Facilities including swimming pool, running track and gym as well as outdoor jacuzzi were excellent. Staff were friendly, thank you very much Raffles.

The breakfast was very good, the variety of food was diverse. The staff was nice and helpful, they recommended some restaurants for us to try. Just let them know if you are celebrating any special occasion, they will surprise you!

The check-in took much longer than expected, and after we completed the process, the mall closed and most of the restaurants too. We had to eat our dinner in the lobby area.

An oasis of luxury. Rooms are very nice and spacious, beds comfortable, bathroom and shower amazing. Even heated toilet seats :) The breakfast is fantastic, with fresh handmade sushi and sashimi. Signature japanese pancakes, amazing. We stayed here one night before our flight in the evening back home , after checkout we relaxed at the pool which is really nice, good poolbar with good cocktails and nice bites. The spa facilities are very relaxing and easy next to the pool, the spa was our last stop before heading out to the airport. Last but not least the staff, super friendly and attentive. The two poolboys (Dian and his colleague) were great, bringing tee, showing us the spa facilities, making sure we had sunscreen. The staff was also continue busy cleaning al the facilities at the pool, which made everything at a high level of hygene and cleanliness. The guys at the pool bar can make good Pina colada's.

We have not a single negative thing to say about the property.

Raffles hotel is luxuriously beautiful. Our room was a spacious suite with twin double beds, walk in shower and oval bath in a marble bathroom with twin basins and a toilet / bidet with heated seats. A light filled living room with comfy couches and a desk. Hotel guest experience officer Chiki gave us a tour of the many wonderful artworks by exalted Indonesian artist Hendra Gunawan. They feature throughout the property, my favourite being the huge mosaic of women waiting for their fishermen husbands to return from sea. The sculptures in the garden are typical of his work - engaging dynamic figures suspended mid action in everyday Balinese life. The outdoor pool is huge and perfect temperature, the lush gardens and vine clad theatre make it such a beautiful serene environment. There is of course a poolside bar. Art shines out from mirrors, elevator doors, carpets, ceilings, feature walls, it’s everywhere. The writers room evokes the Ernest Hemingway aesthetic of Raffles Singapore, plush sofas and chairs, warm wood, the bookcase style drinks shelf behind the bar of multi coloured spirits that looks like an artwork too. The staff know your name and greet you when they see you. They are all smiling, friendly, informative and helpful. Special mention to Chiki, Rhany and Wiyah who made our guest experience very memorable and enjoyable with their knowledge, passion for their job and the Raffles brand, and dedication to ensuring our every need was met. What a wonderful team.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Clean, comfortable and luxurious. Staff were amazing and helpful. Location was perfect, next to the mall and eating places. Lovely area to walk around with lots of things to do and see. Will definitely book here again.

No freezer temp in the fridge, so cannot keep ice cream or other food which required freezer temp. Although we can ask buttler to come and keep for us in hotel freezer, but it is better to have it in the room

The service was outstanding - even for a five star hotel. I was taken an excellent care throughout my stay. I was sick and the the staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The room itself was extremely spacious with many small details attached to bring a unique experience.
