We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaUnfortunately there is a problem with water pressure and almost every morning the water suddenly would stop completely and then come back on and off and it is not pleasant if you are covered with soap. The food was pretty average for its price. We choose to eat elsewhere.
We stayed at Sudamala for the second time because we adore the rooms , the garden and the swimming pools. All are superbly presented and it is a joy

United StatesThere was an event there that included stage setup and sound checks. It also made impossible to extend my stay. But I’m happy the hotel is busy.
Although Sanur isn’t my favorite town and the hotel is not on the beach, it’s a hidden oasis away from the hectic hustle and bustle of many areas in Bali. I’d rank the entire experience on par with the Four Seasons. I will be back!

So enjoyable to enjoy a more 'Bali' experience than at so many more modern accommodations. The staff are wonderful, the gardens are beautiful, excellent breakfast and the Sudamala is a lovely place for a more traditional stay.

The rooms are really spacious and the staff is great. We used their bicycles a couple of times. One time it was raining so bad that we had to call a taxi. The hotel picked the bikes up without any charge.

We had one night with a construction site working through the night across the road (following which the hotel moved us to a different room and were very good) plus 2 nights of heavy rain which made a heavy impression on the straw based roofing material and kept us awake. (Appreciating the hotel couldn’t do anything to avoid this.)
Facilities were very comfortable and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They were first class.

AustraliaThe beach was a bit of a hike. Good 8-10 minute walk. However once you were there lots of hotel only loungers absolute beachfront with umbrellas. Lots of fantastic restaurants on the beachfront
The hotel grounds are beautiful and the room we were in was huge. The bathroom was indoor/outdoor with a huge shower head and good bathroom amenities. The pool was beautiful and we always got pool loungers. Great staff always willing to help. The hotel also provides free bike hire.

Hotel was excellent ,not corporate like many at the resort. The Room was great as was the Breakfast. Pool area was not large but was very good and keep very clean. Best thing about this Hotel was the staff they were brilliant in all areas.

Awesome hotel. The location is really good and just a 5 min walk to the beach with own deckchairs. Also a really lovely pool area. The bed and the rooms were lovely arranged and furnished and we had a superb stay. The staff was really friendly and helpful and assisted with each wish. Also the luggage could be stored until departure and the pool area could still be used along with the possibility to take a shower before leaving at the spa area.

Staying in the suite was such a delight. The pool area was beautiful. We loved the large space for outdoor yoga. The restaurant was well designed, comfortable and delicious. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. The property was full of nature, florals, ponds, fountains and amazing architecture. The onsite art exhibit was lovely. Short walk to the beach.

Everything! We absolutely loved our stay here… that much we came back for a few more nights! We stayed in a high floor room overlooking the garden - and it was truly beautiful! You get the feel of an outdoor shower, the roof is ridiculously high! And It’s quiet! We had hired a scooter, parking was an ease under-covered and made it easy to get around as Sanur is quite spread. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Truly can’t fault it
