Comfortable room, close to airport and not that far from the harbour. Very nice host with good recommendations for dinner and Komodo tours.

Relatively far from town for labuan bajo, some routes can have dodgy roads so be careful on the scooter. Especially at night.

Staff were very helpful. Free water refills and communal area was nice. They do scooter hire as well. Room was basic but did the job.

If you want to go to the city it's a bit tricky cause you are quite outside. On the other hand you are very close to the airport. The WiFi didn't reach our room (not a huge concern)

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was great. Comfortable beds and the hosts were very lovely! :) The breakfast was simple but good, and they even ask you at what time you want to eat. Very cozy and quiet atmosphere

If you like somewhere outside the main touristy area free for people asking you if you want transport. With a good view and peaceful ambience. Then here's the spot. The dorms are good, cleaned everyday, The owners are lovely and approachable. Also happy to leave you in peace should you want it.

The road to the Homestay is a little challenging as others have mentioned, especially if you have a lot of luggage. No problem for me and my backpack, tho’.

The location of the homestay, though, in lovely quiet surroundings....the access road in getting to town is narrow and unpaved...

Mr Tarsan and his family are wonderful hosts. As this is our first trip to Labuan Bajo, loads of information were obtained from our interactions..

Strong damp smell in the room. Lots of mosquitoes as a result. No mosquito net.

Nice staff. Allowed us to check in early as they had the room available. Breakfast in the morning. Cheap compared to other options available in the area.

We probably had to kill about 20 mosquitoes when we went in, as the doors and windows were left open probably after cleaning. Also, we were lightly packed so this wasn't a problem, but the airport walk involves a quite rocky slope (i.e. can not drive a car) so keep that in mind if you have heavy luggage that needs to be dragged.

Tucked away beside a local village and very peaceful. It's a great place to wake up in the morning. Very soft sheets! Breakfast is straightforward and freshly made according to what you order the day before. 10-15 min walk to the airport entrance.

We liked the accommodation very much! The hosts are so sweet, helpful and friendly! Everything is clean. The accommodation is located a little outside, so you can enjoy the peace and nature. Nevertheless, it is less than 10 minutes by motorcycle to the center. We could rent the motorcycle directly in the accommodation, which was very convenient. The breakfast was also delicious. We would come back anytime and thank you very much for your hospitality!

It is a bit far from the harbour but nothing that a scooter can’t reach. And the airport is only 10 minutes away so it compensate.

The beds are comfortables and the shower had a good power compared to what l smth had in the past. Most of all the family is lovely!

The only "bad" thing is the part of dirt and rock road that is chaotic for 100 meters when you drive a scooter. But it's OK is you go slowly!

The bed is very comfortable and the dorm room is not too crowded. There is a very nice view from the terrace where you can chill. The family running the hostel is so kind and helpful i'd love to see them again and share a moment together!

The showers have no hooks or shelves to put your clean clothes and towel on, so either you put your stuff on the floor or you leave it in the dorm and walk around naked. I think mounting some hooks could really improve the stay for guests. The road to this place is in terrible shape. You're walking on literal rocks instead of a paved road. This is not their fault of course, but it is unfortunate. You might want to wear shoes when going here. It also makes going out less attractive even though the homestay is relatively close to the "center". There is a mosquito problem, but looking at reviews from other dorms it seems to be a problem everywhere. The same goes for noise (roosters). I recommend going to bed early.

The owners are really friendly and the breakfast is tasty. There was ac but we didn't feel the need to turn it on because the temperature in the room was quite nice at night (the homestay is on a hill so it's cool). This place is really good value.

The room was really basic. The bathroom had cold shower. The place is far from the town and often drivers didn't want to drive us back because of the bad conditions of the road.

The family was really friendly and helped us to solve some issues with our tours.

Approx 30 min walk from town, would recommend renting a bike if you wish to visit, which the staff did help us with.

Really wonderful staff who helped us with our future plans, stored our luggage whilst we travelled to Wae Rebo and even offered to let us stay in their house when we returned to Labuan Bajo to find our follow on accommodation had cancelled on us last minute. Basic but comfortable room, and the breakfast provided was tasty!

The rooms are not the cleanest and is very basic but I was just staying here for a few hours and I was okay.

The garden and common area is pretty. Rooms are quite basic. The owners are absolutely very sweet and woke up at like 4am to check me in. Breakfast was good too.

It's further out of town so my taxi and my grab drivers never drove me up the dust pit to the property. So I always had to walk. At night I got attacked (barked at) by the dogs from the owner. I completely froze because I didn't want to get bitten. It took the owner a while to help me to escape the situation.

The breakfast was really good, the owner was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I liked the common area in front of it. The view is amazing and it's just 10 minutes walking distance from the airport.
