We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt is very high up the hill so if you are not confident with a scooter then it can be difficult to get around however, taxis can be organised & lots of the restaurants offer a pickup & drop off service. The walk down to the restaurants takes about 10 minutes
The villas were amazing, the view, the pool, everything about it was perfect.

IndonesiaBeautiful bungalow right on the top of the hill of Nusa Ceningan with ocean view. Perfect for those who want to have a quiete and relaxing time. Wonderful cozy room with a balcony and big bath room. My favourite is room No.3 (Nakula Room). It's best to get a scooter to get there n to get around as it's quite remote. If u enjoy walking up the hill then shouldn't be a prob.

RussiaWater in shower is cold sometimes. There are alot of ants and insects around. It's quite far from the beach, walking take like 20 mins. If you stay long you'd like to have some more breakfast options. Wi-fi is working in dopamine detox mode.
The place is fresh and beautiful, you can watch the ocean view and amazing sunsets sitting on your terrace. It's quite clean, no mold or mildew yet. It was windy, which is more like + than - for me. Staff is super helpful and friendly. Definitely one of that places you'll come again when you have chance.

AustraliaIt's not easy to access, just getting to Cenigan across the yellow bridge is a mission. Villa is situated on the highest point so if on foot it's a fair hike from the water (we enjoyed the exercise plus hired a sepeda). Not many food options at villa but there are some options within walking distance
Loved our stay here! The staff are excellent (big shout out to Gede). Sunset views from the bed, quiet peaceful area.

AustraliaNot the place to travel if you have a lot of luggage/ things to carry or if you need good wifi/ data connection. Very weak signal. It's a mission to get to location-wise (2 taxis which includes walking over a dodgy bridge to catch the next mode of transport).
My friend and I shared a villa and my family (2 adults + 2 kids) shared another 2. We all absolutely loved the serenity of the place - it's very remote, with a pool and hammock to lounge in and just a short (very hilly) scooter ride away from some fantastic bars and cafes, many which had infinity pools. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

A lovely, peaceful place up on the hills of Ceningan. It's beautifully clean and well cared for. Pool is great, and breakfast delicious. Unfortunately the wifi was unstable during our stay but the problem was reported to the service provider.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they expertly organized our incoming and outgoing trip (shuttle, ferry) as well as day-trips during our stay.

There are also mosquitos, but with the repellent it's all good, they didn't bother me at all * Bed was very comfortable * Swimming pool was clean
