My recent stay at Telescope Villas in Kuta Lombok was already exceptional, but what truly made it unforgettable was the enchanting surprise arranged by the thoughtful staff a romantic dinner under the stars, complete with flowers and candles. Upon returning to our room after a day of exploring, my wife and I were greeted by the most heartwarming sight. The balcony, adorned with delicate flowers and flickering candles, set the stage for an evening of pure romance. It was clear that the staff had gone above and beyond to create a magical atmosphere for us to enjoy. The attention to detail was impeccable. The internet was choppy at times. We had to work so sometimes during meetings we had small hiccups. Nothing major though, and the GSM signal is good enough so you can use your phone as a hotspot with no issues. Also the AC was a bit weak at times; it definitely got hot during the day, and given it was a single unit, the living room part was not getting any cold air. Generally shouldn't be an issue, but since we were also working and had to be home during the day, it made it a bit uncomfortable. If you open the doors, it's really breezy though.

Location was great; not far from the city by scooter, but far enough to be quiet and have a nice view. The hosts were great, they arranged airport pick-up as well as scooter rental at reasonable rates. Breakfast was very good and brought to the room, communication was good through WhatsApp.

Nothing, we will be back next year!

We stayed in the villa equipped with telescope. The villa was wonderful, during the day we could observe the whole bay of Kuta Lombok, the sea and the waves. At night it was fun to be able to look at the stars and constellations with the telescope. The villa was fully equipped, very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, we contacted by whatsapp to reception for anything we needed and the food in the restaurant surprised us! The breakfast was very complete and different from other places we have been, much more elaborate. The best thing about the place are the views, breathtaking! We will come back!

We chose the villa with telescope because we wanted to try the experience of using a telescope, it was so much fun, we could see the whole bay of kuta lombok and the village, also during the night we were watching the moon and the stars! Since then we have decided to buy a telescope! thanks to all the telescope team, they were very kind and helpful. In the hotel they have everything, they managed to pick us up at the airport and when we arrived they had a rental motorcycle ready for us, which we asked for before our arrival. We also went on an excursion one of the days to some waterfalls that were 1 hour and a half away that the hotel organized weekly, it was great fun, completely recommendable!

I am traveling alone in Indonesia and I made a stop in Kuta, I discovered this place by chance and it was wonderful, in fact I didn't leave the villa all day. The facilities are perfect, the villa has everything you need to live, a super comfortable room, a living room overlooking the outside, a super equipped kitchen and pool with stunning sea views ... a dream, sure I'll be back!

Everything in perfect condition, clean and very good service, the staff was very friendly. We found the breakfast, quite varied. The views are breathtaking, if you want sea views this is your place! Unbeatable value for money! The villa was fully equipped with kitchen and in the bathroom very complete all amenities, hair dryer, etc.. It was very nice to be in the pool during the day watching the sea. The area is very quiet with no noise and the internet connection is fast.

The comfort of the room and the views were incredible, the room was nicely decorated and the staff made sure everything was exceptional! Also it was convenient to have a kitchen but I didn't use it, so I ordered from the restaurant which was super good and tasty.

The property is ok. Tired but, ok. My room (401) was the premium villa (very top with a roof top viewing deck), advertised to be really nice and the cost for Indonesian standards is relatively expensive. I was very underwhelmed when I arrived. The room was tidy, not clean. And the smell was horrific. There was obviously drainage issues causing the room to have an unpleasant smell. I told the staff about it. They cleaned my room again. Although, the smell was still there. I had to sleep with my windows and doors open all night to then be eaten by mosquitoes. The staff were easy to deal with however, they said I couldn’t change rooms as they were fully booked and offered me a 30% refund for the two nights I was there. There are much cheaper places to stay for just as nice. I personally don’t think it’s worth the price.

The property is located in a great location. However, the hill is a steep climb on a scooter.
