The only saving grace of this hotel was the staff. Staff was friendly and tried to help as much as they could, considering the obvious lack of manpower and how the hotel really is. The breakfast buffet was good also.

SpainThe wifi didn't worked so well, no lights at the balcony, the rooftop pool is closed, the free shuttle to the Bali Collection Mall was not availeble, if you take a shower the whole bathroom is full of water.. for the money what we payed I was just expecting a little bit more to be honest, specially if you compere the price with other cheaper hostels and hotels.
The bed and the room is very comfy and big. Staff is very friendly and a lot of choise at the Asian breakfast buffet.

Breakfast is bad. the faucet broke, they don’t pick up the phone, it’s hard to get through, the elevator for the whole one, and the other didn’t work, I had to go up the stairs. Internet is terrible! you won't be able to work in the room. (it's a shame that the staff fixed the faucet after almost 5 hours! water was pouring on the floor, the fountain was beating, well, in general, I'm shocked guys.) and breakfast!! Horrible breakfast - not chicken but just bits of bones. do you need to brush them? cheese and sausages are not edible, and even dangerous!! very very shameful!!!

NetherlandsIn the assigned room a hole had been drilled in the bathroom through which water leaked (there were also damp spots on the ceiling). As a result, the sink and part of the floor were continuously flooded. After the first night I complained to the reception and got another room, which was fine (but I did wonder why such a room is rented out at all, this is not the standard you should want as a hotel). Furthermore, everything showed that little is being invested in maintenance, perhaps due to corona past years? The taps of the bath are completly covered in lime, the sealant seams have had their best time and there are also moisture spots around the air conditioning. The roof of the pool bar was about to collapse and there are loose plates under the balconies above the pool area.. Furthermore, upon arrival it was told that some elevators and the roof pool were under maintenance, would take max. 2 days. The elevators never worked (I think they were just off to save money) and nothing happened on the rooftop pool either, which is one of the reasons you might book this hotel. Then be honest about it and tell people before a reservation is made. Wrong cuts and this is definitely not a 5 star hotel anymore, there are much better 3 or 4 star hotels in Bali.
Friendly staff, try to help you where possible.

AustraliaThere were lots of maintenance issues in this hotel , and our room needed to be changed as the AC started dripping in the room. My kids' room needed to be changed as Jacuzzi was not working. Service was poor. There were plates in front of some rooms that might have ordered meals, but it kept in the corridor sometimes for 2 days before hotel staff picked up the plates .
Both roof top pool and pool in centre of hotel were good. The Buffet breakfast was also good

Burning of garbage on either side of building had me struggling to breathe with my asthma and bitten by bugs. Food didn’t cater for westerners. Staff don’t speak a lot of English

AustraliaThis hotel falsely claims to be five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ But at best is two ⭐⭐. We booked two rooms for ten nights however we left the hotel halfway. Very dirty bathrooms and swimming pools. The pools specially the rooftop pool was always empty. Don't go to this place. They are frauds. This hotel needs massive Renovations. Booking.com should not recommend this place. It rouined our holiday plans. It's no wonder the are 90% empty.
