Staff very helpful. Breakfast was a limited range but well cooked and delivered. Two swimming pools very clean and good to use. Being able to have a two bedroom apartment, each with it's own bathroom. Great for friends who prefer not to share. Great little spa in front of hotels. Some great little warungs close by as well.

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is a small resort, 2 great pools and spacious rooms. It is basic, but great value for money. Location is very close to 2 great warungs and 2 blocks away from the beach.

Although the rooms were tidy, it could do with a deep clean. Everything else was great.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The swimming pools were lovely. There's even a kiddies pool!

Laundry took over 48 hours, not 24 and came back still damp - I was told by receptionist if I had taken it myself to the shop it would’ve been quicker, would have done if I’d known as she said to leave it with them

No daily drinking water, you have to buy a bottle. No electric kettle, so you have to boil a kettle on the hob, for which you need gas (a charge for this was mentioned but eventually not billed). A/C unit is under-sized for such a large room, and was either in need of a clean or servicing as it didn’t work well.

Nice long (shallow) pools. Quiet back street location, though some traffic noise from highway. Nice plunge pool.

It’s a little run down but everything worked as it should and the room could do with a good deep clean as opposed to just a surface clean. But these are only minor complaints it wouldn’t deter me from staying again.

Room was large, pool and gardens were beautifully maintained. Quiet location not too far a walk from shops and restaurants.

Bed mattress and pillows desperately need to be replaced. Bathroom smelt very musty and sliding door had broken glass fixed with duct tape. No hot water

They initially asked for a 3% extra for credit card payment which is possible according to booking conditions. After discussion with the management they accepted to respect booking conditions.. Many mosquitos I'm the area The apartment needs maintenance and improvement of kitchen facilities.

Great accommodation for the budget conscious. Room and bathroom were large. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The two pools were really good. Nice and quiet area. We would stay again

Kitchen cabinets need upgrade.

We loved the villa. The ONLY downfall was that the kitchen was a bit old and broken down (cabinets) everything else was fine. It has two floors. A bed upstairs and a half bathroom. Downstairs there's another big bed, big full bathroom and opened kitchen. The pool was the BEST! we also rented out motorbike from the front desk. Do know that you have to buy the gas if you plan on cooking. The villa far exceeded our expectations. Pictures don't capture. We will come back here. Thank you.

The reality is not like in photos. The furniture is very old and a bit shabby. Cleanliness is not on a n expected level.

Requested twin beds on booking.com but staff were unaware and had to change setup after our arrival, second duvet inner had to be requested as not initially provided, "free bikes" selected on booking.com were actually for daily rent, very basic kitchen amenities (not enough to actually cook anything beyond instant noodles), no extra beds available contrary to booking.com listing, staff sometimes disinterested and unhelpful, lacking coordination in some respects due to deficient management structure..

Comfortable, quiet, good location, basic breakfast included (although unclear in listing), good large and clean pool..

The hot water sometimes was not working, when its working, the water debit is small, so it needs a long time to fill the bathub.

The price is cheap, and it has kitchen, some cooking tools, refrigator with freezer, also two beds big size, and it has bathub too.
