Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I liked the location. I liked that the meals were delicious. I liked that the buffet were affordable and not over priced.

The band in the evening was great! I liked my room. It was not super modern, but i liked it. It was clean. The huge garden were calm and beautiful. When I was there, there were only a few more guests. Often I had the adult Pool for myself. The staff was really well trained and friendly. The food was tasty and it was cool that the coffee in the morning was made by a barista. I really enjoyed my stay.

AustraliaGiven that you can’t drink the water room should have a 20L water bottle to refill reusable bottles. The cost of bottled water at the resort was rude. Solved by walking 500m to a Warung. The food was okay, I would like to have more traditional Balinese choices It’s always disappointing getting frozen crinkle cut fries when needing a snack The floor of the room was not clean, dries ?milk coffee? drips were obvious

AustraliaI booked online through booking.com and found it really hard to contact the hotel. I would not stay here long - it’s more a stopover or a few nights only.
This resort and villa is big. Location is great. It’s traditional and is very Balinese. Reminds me of Fiji 🇫🇯 there are plenty of breakfast choices, a great big pool, the restaurants and staff are all accommodating 👌 great for a night or 2.

AustraliaEverything was beyond our expectations! So many delicious breakfast options with lots of authentic foods! The restaurant was beautiful and we enjoyed the beautiful views of the pool and the beach while eating our food. The main pool was warm, huge and beautiful and it was fantastic to have multiple pools around the hotel. Our room was huge with an extra large bed on which my husband, my son, and I could comfortably sleep... we absolutely loved everything about this hotel and we will definitely come back!!!
