Great rooms big , staff sensational , very difficult reading reviews and making your mind up !! But this place had no bad reviews and I can see why I know you can't please everyone I am an accommodation provider this place is heaven trust me just book No people putting towels out and reserving a pool lounge hate that! We know who started that in the 70s I got new fridge they said it had been serviced so expected probs , new tv don't know why this was needed smarter one they said I hand delivered 6 bottles of Arak for their magical service , they have me by the short and curlies can't wait to get back

Perfect location walking distance to Lipah beach to go snorkeling and hire a boat to go further out. Many places to eat around Sukun, little stores if you need to buy groceries. Breakfast was amazing, rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were wonderfully friendly. The villa is fantastic, the possibility to make your own meals in the kitchen and good comfortable beds. The pool is just amazing. They organised a scooter for us and a driver. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay

wifi was a little patchy but not serious.

this was my second visit and it was fabulous! Staff is friendly and helpful, the pool is so clean and the view of the mountain is just so calming. The gardens are spectacular. I had a downstairs studio this time (upstairs last time) and both are spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. Some very good warungs nearby. I'll be back.

villas are located in very nice garden area with lot of trees, you have air con and two fans. everything was exceptionally clean and also cleaned during the day. breakfast you can choose from three options, wouldn't mind if portions were just a little bigger. across the street there is direct access to the beach.

Fantastic Place to stay On arrival we were surprised by the gorgeous and well maintained garden at Sukun Babonsay Villas. Our Villa (10) was in excellent condition and exceptionally clean. The staff came every day to clean our place, exchanging towels and so on. The gardener was there every morning to maintain garden and pool. Everything is very well kept. You can feel the pride in this family owned place. Good choices of breakfasts and always served with a nice smile. We loved the 6 days at Sukun, thank you for everything …

Remote area of Bali which gave a really traditional feel and being away from tourists for a while was a real blessing. The staff were all so friendly and were so kind and willing to take us round Amed on their bikes. Went out fishing on a traditional boat and fished by hand which was such a unique experience! Highly recommended even for young travellers!

Everything was fine, better than expected

Beautiful, serene and well kept small-scale property located at short walking distance from Lipah beach. Large and clean appartments, all with comfortable terrace in two level villas. Great breakfast with sufficient choice options. Helpful, friendly and caring personnel. Amazing snorkeling around the coral reefs of Lipah beach. Plenty of good local restaurants in the neighbourhood. Lay back and enjoy is the motto. Incredible value for the more than reasonable cost.

water pressure from shower is kinda weak and during my stay the electricity went out once for a few hrs but it’s just general problem in bali 🫠

this villas is run by wonderful people, hardworking and warmhearted family. they are always there for you to help at any needs. i stayed 3nights there and had wonderful time. they arranged snorkeling tour and transportation for non-driver guest at reasonable price. this place is located in perfect spot in amed, little tucked away from busy noisy sunset spot but right in front of Lipah beach (3mins walk) which is the most beautiful snorkeling spot i’ve ever seen in my life. i saw so many colorful fishes,corals and turtles! and the boat to other beaches depart here. the best seafood restaurants, supermarket, and massage place is few steps away. in the facility they have beautiful garden and outdoor pool, open air restaurant offering tasty breakfast and drinks. the room was huge and absolutely clean. full equipped kitchen and even a bathroom was beautiful 😍. definitely will come back.

Rooms were nice and large and clean. Pool was excellent with enough day beds. Breakfast was also perfect. Walk across the road and you are at the Lipah Beach where you can snorkel and swim with many fish and turtles.

The only fault was the wifi would quit every now and again.

The setup was great for families with a kitchen and excellent AC. It was very clean and comfortable. Solid construction which meant it was quiet and blocked out the roosters and dogs for the most part. The pool was clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and easily coordinated scooters and laundry. The grounds were beautiful and the villas were far enough apart to give a good level of privacy. The swing seat on the front port along with the fans were luxurious! Close to beautiful Lipah beach.

we had a really nice stay at Sukun Babonsay Villas. The room was very spacious and clean. The garden and pool was very beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the scooter renting and the renting for snorkel equipment which only took a few minutes.

Wifi was super patchy, no reception, and location description on booking was off — it was much further away from our diving centre at jameluk bay than advertised. The restaurant was closed and there was no way to even get a
