Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very comfortable room, very clean, great breakfast, lobby is lovely with comfortable couches with a very relaxed atmosphere , floor staff were super nice!!

United StatesThe new coffee machine. For breakfast. I miss the fancy coffees I would get when ordering a coffee for breakfast. Now the self serve machine does not make the coffee as well and it's not as pretty.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and the outside courtyard is stunning. Love staying here and will continue to do so

FranceFront desk doesn't speak any French, and makes no effort to speak a good English. Quality/price ratio is not favorable. The entrance is not at the declared address.
Large and comfortable room, well equipped, with coffee/tea maker. Underground parking. Dublin city center can be reached by bus 6€/50minutes. Very large breakfast buffet.

IrelandI picked the hotel especially for the 24 hour room service. I tried to order a sandwich at 1:20am when I woke as I have an medical issue with my blood sugars and blood volume to be told by a man called Niall they don’t do sandwiches after hours even though it stated such on the welcome booklet in the room and I had confirmed this upon arrival and also via phone call. I didn’t raise the issue upon checking out purely because my partner would have raised a very loud voice complaint. I did come down for breakfast first thing however owing to the fact I didn’t eat after midnight. The breakfast was brought back up and resulted me in having two medical episodes upon my trip back to Northern Ireland. Spent the entire Sunday in bed having to eat with difficulties as I was so weak and was sleeping all day. Incredibly tired now but need to keep going until my levels are back up again and have a doctors appointment Monday morning.

IrelandVery warm in the room and no air-conditioning. Found a fan in the wardrobe but room was still too warm. Asked for another fan which was delivered very quickly. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant on my 2nd night, had told Reception that it was my wife's birthday and that was the reason for driving to the hotel and thought that a small/wee cake with a candle would have been good but nothing - a wee bit disappointed.

Very nice hotel in centre of Naas, near to some pubs and restaurants. The interior of the hotel is very nice. We had two very spacy rooms with two king size beds. One room would have been enough for my family (4 persons). The rooms were calm and very tidy.
