IndiaBut this time we experienced a rude staff during checkin, I was traveling with my family of 4 people, although we had booked much in advance the staff at reception was not clear about the type of room to be allocated. The room was not clean, toilet comode was not comfortable and stinky Even after complaining during our 3days stay, they did not manage to send anyone for cleaning... They serve RO water in glass bottle with rusted caps, when my child told them the same they coolly replied...."it's ok, and no harm to drink from it". One of my worst experience till now with AGC... AND FURTHER I MYSELF WILL AVOID AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TOO.
I being a frequent traveler to Aurangabad have always chosen AGC, Because of the friendly staff, spacious room and value for money experience..

AustraliaThe property was a piece of dirt in general. I just wonder why this place has been recognised as a 4star hotel! At the arrival they didn’t find our booking in their system and it took a bit of time to sort out this issue. There were stains on the bedsheets. The AC was not working properly. The smart key was tricky. The common areas were super dusty. There were limited options of foods in the restaurant (less than 5) and the restaurant was not looking good at all. The swimming pool was not clean. We saw cockroaches at hotel. Last but not least, the staff were not able to communicate in English and they were responding quite slow to our requests.
There was actually nothing likeable about this property.
