The hotel was in a fantastic location with a great viewing spot of the mountains. There are a lot of nearby cafes and restaurants. But it was quiet during the night so we had a peaceful sleep.

The only downside was a lack of kettle in the rooms but one could order tea etc which came quickly

Location, clean, friendly staff and good breakfast We stayed in suite no 601 which had a large terrace with fabulous views. Highly recommend this room which had a huge comfortable bed and quiet at night. Tetouan is a fabulous city.

We had to move rooms because our the exterior door wasn’t sealed so the wind came in and one of the other exterior doors was broken. Then there was a water leak that dripped onto the night stand. They changed our room.

The staff were the most efficient and friendliest I have ever encountered..Each member of staff was helpful and so courteous. Excellent breakfast with freshly made coffee..and Moroccan Tea..The Breakfast is run by a super efficient waiter who smiles at every guest..Lots of choices and freshly made omelettes...Leave room for the over supply of freshly made cakes!! The location was really central within a short walk of the Medina and all the small cafes and beautiful Ice Cream Parlours...Lots of restaurants nearby..

The hotel is near the centre and about a 3 min walk. We could park across the road from the hotel , very convenient. The hotel room was so much bigger than we expected and comfortable. Excellent value for money. We normally stay in 4-5 star hotels but this was booked on the day and exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel

The hotel looks tired not only from the outside, but also inside, as it needs refreshing and in serious need of painting. The terraces while grand, are quite dirty, with wood falling off the security barrier. Internal walls in the corridors close to my room on the 4th floor were stained. I asked if I could have a kettle for my room, and this request was declined, even though I had booked and paid for the suite and my single room under the same booking. It appears you can only have a kettle if you are in a suite. There are no coffee making facilities, so those of you that like a brew, there are coffee shops close by. The breakfast while vast is extremely sweet, with lots of cakes, sweets, honey, pancakes. There is some fruit, scrambled eggs and omelettes available, but you can't make your own coffee, despite there being facilities to make it. (A window view is advised as the mountains are beautiful) The terraces, while fabulous offer NO privacy as guests in the rooms next door can clearly view into your terrace and on the 4th floor, easily climb over the wall into my terrace, so make sure you close and lock your balcony door. Room 408 - the toilet is constantly running so I closed the water off until I needed to use it. the bathroom offers very little space to place your toiletries, it appears there was a shelf on the wall above the toilet which has now gone. There is no English speaking television.

The booking was for a suite and a single room, in total 3 people. Check in was very good and the receptionist (lady) was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The porter was also extremely helpful, assisting my parents to their top floor suite on the 6th Floor (601), and I was in room 408. The top floor room was spacious and had plenty of extras in the room, kettle, coffee making, fridge, plenty of storage and seating. The outdoor terrace was huge and the view was spectacular, this being the main reason for the booking to slowly introduce my parents to Morocco. My room was small, but adequate with plenty of plug sockets, fridge, and table to work at, with a reasonable bathroom and a reasonably good sized terrace. Breakfast was good, a big selection, beautiful mountain View if you have a window seat. Location is great, only a few minutes walk from the centre, and throughout our stay reception were attentive with our questions and booking taxi's. There is internet for each floor, so you need to log in to the floor you are on, and if you visit the restaurant, use their wifi. The wifi was very good throughout. Rooms were very clean - Thank you to the ladies doing this.
