Great location. Wonderful, friendly and very helpful staff. Rooftop and pool was a real treat and great to relax in the afternoon, also a great spot for sunset.

The room in which we stayed needs renovation, minor defects were many, cleanliness also not the highest. Sleep was disturbed by the noise from the street. Breakfast was mediocre, mostly bread and jams. No dairy and vegetables.

Superbly located, large riad in the immediate neighborhood of the Bahia palace. Extremely kind, smiling and helpful staff. Very nice restaurant on the roof of the riad.

Bed was hard and room small ok for a one night stopover not 3 nights like we did .. spa did nt work and pool good to cool down after golf but you have to shower afterwards or all itchy as no chemicals

There is not one single negative comment that I can think of. Everything and everyone was perfect.

Right from the moment we walked in until we checked out, absolutely everything was fantastic. The staff were exceptional and welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with nice decor. The roof top terrace was lovely with a great view of marrakech. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and amazing. The location was right in the heart of everything. Outside the riad was the hustle and bustling noise of the streets of Marrakech but as soon as you walked inside, the riad was like a beautiful, calm and peace world. My friend and I love this place and highly recommend it. We hope to return in future.

My room was tiny.

Great location in the Medina, very friendly personell and very nice terrace. The breakfast was typical Moroccan with fresh orange juice. Overall a nice place to stay in Marrakech

It was all good!

Lovely place to stay - super helpful staff. Perfect for a 3* hotel - loads of hot water, great shower, cool and calm atmosphere, good air con, tasty breakfast, good location. Also booked taxis through booking.com for the first time and this was a super smooth experience.

We liked every single thing about Riad Nesma - the location was great, the riad itself was lovely and above all else the staff were incredible. They were so kind - also made us an early breakfast when we had to leave early and coordinated with us to collect an item we left behind.

Amazing staff! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Always smiling it makes this place feel so special. During our trip to Morocco this was the best place because of the people working there :) Very clean, the room was cleaned every day and the rest of the property is very clean Swimming pool was cleaning every day Great location 2 minutes to main square Delicious breakfast, they start breakfast at 8am but one day we had a trip so even they organized for us breakfast before it was very kind Great contact before arrival Well organized transfer from the airport at night

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the main square and in the heart of medina. The roof pool was a great addition for our sons to enjoy a nice swim. Lovely place to stay and also very helpful and kind staffs members (Mohamed, Naser, Yves and all the other names I could not remember- sorry Guys! ). They went out of their way to engage and help with anything we need. Breakfast was nice and the roof area very relaxing. Highly recommend 😊

Very good location, the rooftop is quite nice to chill. Situated in Medina, very close to everything, restaurants, bars, shops and ofc Medina . The staff was really kind and helpful, a special thanks to Brahim who solved a situation with one of excursions .
