-we only stayed 1 night as we were getting the bus the next day, and the water seemed to have run out. the toilet cistern wasn't filling up and had to fill it up myself with a water bottle. the water in the shower also stopped half way through - i don't know if this is a normal thing, or we just got unlucky

-location is great. 5 minutes from ADO bus station, and Parque de las Palapas, Market 23 and Market 28 are close by -staff are nice and friendly -rooms were surprisingly good! quite big, comfortable, equipped with AC and TV

It is not a place to stay for a longer time if you look for comfort.

Well, you get for what you pay. It is a good option for one night stay, especially if you plan to get the bus. The room is clean and the check-in process was quick and easy!

Staff at reception didnt speak any english. Refused to give me my room at 4 o clock at night because because i didnt have any chance to get cash money at this time. very unkooperative and unprofessionell

We didn't have a key for our room so the receptionist had to let us in when we went out and came back. Not ideal.

An affordable option for those passing through Cancun and catching an early bus the next morning. The location next to the main ADO terminal is ideal. Comfortable enough for the night.

although the mattress was really good the rubber protection under the sheet was very uncomfortable and also made the sheet sleep away. the pillows were horrible and I was glad I had brought my own also the toilet tank didn’t fill up again after flushing, I was relieved that in the morning it worked again

it was inexpensive I arrived at 3am and the night guard helped me carrying my luggage to the 3rd floor

No internet! could not work so I had to change hotels after only 1 night. they told me the internet would not work with my iPhone and Apple products. my question is PORQUE? not a complaint about the property but Cancun isn’t safe. Drugs and Violence everywhere. very sad to see how this beautiful town turned out.

location. in Centro next to the bus station. security inside. spacious rooms. great restaurants (cheap) across the street. fun cheap shopping around the corner. the young lady working the evening shift is extremely helpful. Speaks excellent English. the young men working the night/morning shifts work hard and helps as much as he can with his Spanish and Mexican hospitality. thank you!

They over charged me from what the booking. com confirmation email stated. No elevator , had to carry my luggage to the 3 floor. The internet was not working in my room, the room faced the street and the Musik from the restaurant opposite of it was playing loud Musik till 1am . The room was dimly light by one bulb. The air conditioner was very loud and the walls vibrated when the people below turned on their unit. For most of the night it sounded like being on a drag race with cars and motorbikes roaring up and down the street some with no mufflers. By 1am I finally had enough, got up and put on my noise cancelling head set.
