The location requires a taxi or Uber to go to town or the beach. The hotel is built on a hillside and has lots of steps internally. It's in a residential area with no other stores/restaurants.

Although on a map the hotel does not seem far from the so-called romantic zone, it is in the hills above the old town. Most people would find the walk up the road to the hotel rather arduous. An Uber from central PV to the hotel costs about US$6. There are no services, even a small shop, close to the hotel.

The bedrooms and public areas are stylish and comfortable. There is a beautiful view of the Pacific from the decks, each of which has a small swimming pool. The food in the restaurant, open till 9 pm, is very good.

Restaurant hours late start at 8:30 am. We knew about the steep streets around the area and lots of stairs at the property, but just be aware in case you aren’t equipped to handle the “marathon”. You can always count on Uber to get you anywhere to the main attractions and to the beach.

Beautiful, comfortable, amazing views, very friendly and helpful staff. Samantha, Liz, Maria, and Victoria went above and beyond to help us feel at home. Breath taking views that are enough to get you booking this hotel. The hotel was fully booked during Easter long weekend, however, we barely saw guests around making our stay peaceful and quiet.

Restaurant hours didn't cover our last-day breakfast, we had to check out at 8 AM and they open till 8:30, there were no other options to eat around the area since is mostly residential. We knew about the very steep streets to get to the main road but, oh my! they are really rocky and my legs were complaining about it plus the climbing of the hotel staircase. Be aware of that if you are not physically fit to run the "marathon" like myself :) Thank goodness it was Uber available to drive us up and down!

I loved the hotel deco theme which is very Mexican and in my favorite blue color, although I didn't get the Frida room my suite was beautiful and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, Samantha, Liz, Maria, and Victoria went above and beyond to help us feel at home! Beautiful views, just being able to experience that is enough to book this hotel and give it a 5-star rating. The hotel was at full occupancy during the Easter weekend holiday but, never felt like that because we barely saw people around, it was peaceful and quiet. The restaurant, swimming pool, bar, and hot tube area were never crowded as in other hotels near the main attractions.

The view from the entire property is amazing. This hotel was so quiet, peaceful, and easy to stay at. We loved the restaurant and bar availability and how easy it was to get to Conchas Chinas beach and downtown in a walk or short Uber ride.
