The only trouble was that Internet wasn't working and TV was with Roku so that was a small inconvenient but I was notified about it upon arrival due to vendor failure so it was out of their hands.

The place, room and staff were just perfect. It is really a lovely place for a great valle. I really recommend the place for a nice and cozy stay.

Great location right near the road to the beach, great staff, big rooms, easy walk to main shopping area, and very affordable for Tulum. I will stay here again for sure.

We ended up laughing about it but: the studio only separates the shower and rest of the room by a curtain - this curtain is transparent. In the pictures it was in colour (not see-through). As friends travelling together this was too intimate for us and we took turns waiting out on the balcony. Also, there's a primary school right next to the hotel and they have rather loud early morning rituals with a megaphone. I am not an early bird but became one during this trip.

This is such a cute boutique hotel. The pictures already looked great but in reality it's so much prettier. Our balcony overlooked the pool / green. Pool lights up in all colours of the rainbow at night. Bed was huge and comfy. Very stylish interior design, completely boho themed. A super Instagram-mable place! They let us keep our rental bikes in the garden which was very convenient.

Receptionists were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was freshly painted and clean. Basic equipment all you need, good price/quality. The pool great to dive in to refresh.

A little construction noise around...but they can't help that!

Reserved, quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and courteous. The pool was lovely and I'm not sure how some past reviewers said it has no sun. Plenty of it in fact!!

Couldn’t get hot water out of the shower. They have a sign that aays they only accept cards but when we had to pay a local tax because it was a small amount they qould not accept cards

Unfortunately don't have a breakfast.

The room was cozy and very spacious with an equipped kitchen like an apartment. The terrace have entrance to the pool. We stayed only two nights. The location on the edge of the downtown, the neighborhood little bit looks like a ghetto, but the whole downtown looks like a ghetto, but not dangerous. Near a big Super Aki store, only 1 minutes. Very good hotel for the price.

Cute hotel in a great location, definite value for the money. Leo at reception was super accommodating, helping out and answering all our questions. Will definitely book again coming back to Tulum

Some traffic noise but not too bad

Nice spacious room with balcony. Lovely pool. Location 2km from ADO bus and 3km from archaeological site. Convenient for restaurants and shops.. friendly staff.

Cold water in the pool Location

Amazing appartment with large bed. Very well equipped and clean. I loved the acess to the pool, directly from the terrace.

I really loved to stay at Live Tulum. The room was very nice comfortable with balcony. There was also a fridge to use. Only think was the noise from the main road, which you could hear from the early morning till later evening. But I was aware of that, so it didn't bothered me that much. Close to the hotel is a big supermarket, many restaurants and you can rent a bicycle nearby. You can get to the playa and ruins in about 20min by bicycle. Easy going, because Tulum has no hills.

The hotel rooms all face the street on one side and it gets noisy. However, we stayed until a Sunday so we slept very well on the last day.

Everything! We rarely get to stay in places like these and fell immediately for it. In fact, we added one night right away and got an even bigger room. Amazing style and great pool. The rooms are very well arranged and give a sense of calm and ease that I really enjoy. I would come back in a heartbeat.
