The apartment was not equipped as advertised. The air conditioning remote(s) were missing from the room. There was no cooking and other kitchen utensils except for a few coffee mugs and plates and cuttlery.

Property was conveniently located, and cost effective. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Polanco area of CDMX in walking distance to many embassies, restaurants and shopping areas. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and has elevator access. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, electric stove and televisions.

Our room was not cleaned everyday as we were said, we told hostess at the reception desk once and other day to house keeping person. We were told that we asked not to clean the room and that wasn’t true. We made a booking for 3 and we had to ask for extra towel. One night there were no water in the room or property for a few hours. Water pressure in shower was very very and extremely poor. Bed sheets with some hairs, looks disgusting. Breakfast is served in other property 4 blocks away. There are no phones in the room, if you need something you must use your phone tha5 we did once but no one answered. Management must work better in those things.

2 bedroom size good and excellent location. Property is nice, quiet, and very beautiful location. You feel comfortable and safe. Breakfast is good but need more meal options and quantity based on how many people is at the property everyday because food is not enough.

Other guests coming in at 4am and putting on music at high volume. I was moved to another location which I did not like as much without being given the option to cancel my booking.

The staff was 0-3 responding to messages via booking.com ; the "continental breakfast" was eggs, bread and coffee, maybe fruit if you're lucky. no juice, want butter for the toast ? psh, forget it. there were no pots or pans in the kitchen set, so couldn't use it if you wanted. water was out for some 36 hours, wasn't a problem w/ neighborhood, pump failure.

The location is the only nice thing about the place.

Is this a four star hotel? Broken floor, broken shades, grim room condition. We were charged for the full 7 night stay upon arrival without being informed there was no hot water. The third day the hotel had no running water at all due to a major breakdown. Just then they offered to transfer us to another of their properties, they should have done so upon arrival. Having paid free cancellation, we instead requested a refund for the five nights not used. After several days of back and forth, they refused to refund us and we lost our money.

It was disgustingly dirty, the staff was rude and laughed into our face + lied to us and our complaints weren’t taking seriously.

The only good thing about this accommodation is the location – the rest is awful.
