There was a loud buzzing noise from the bathroom which kept us up at night. Also breakfast choices and setup could have been more spacious and easier to manage as it becomes very crowded and the empty stations were not re-filled

My 3rd staycation at the resort within a year, that is how great it is. Commented before past stay. Love it, the family loves it. Will I come back here? Most probably depend on the offer, I love to try new things though.

Hotel room very clean, well decorate and very good ambience light, when enter the room, will have relax music and your name will show on TV screen welcoming you, make us feel like a home. Drink inside the fridge are free to drink without any additional charges! And some light bit of sweet chocolate free for guest with greating card. Breakfast buffet a lot of variety and taste not bad, must try their curry laksa, best in Malaysia I would say. Hotel support charity which we are fully supported, hope this kind of activity will keep on going.

Service was a little slow/chaotic in the poolside restaurant but they were all so friendly it didn’t really matter. You can hear traffic in the room, but the road was generally very quiet. Two weddings while we were there meant the buffet was very busy over the weekend but nothing to be done about that!

Beautiful pool area and a view out over the infinity pool and sea from breakfast tables. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean and the bed super comfy. Loved the little essential oil burner being lit for us every evening. Gorgeous view from the room! Definitely recommend seeing the tropical spice garden and getting the hotel to book a batik workshop for you while you’re there

The gym equipment is not enough.

The restaurant has good view and comfortable. The food is variety and delicious but the egg cooking section was a bit congesting.

Morning breakfast space is limited because we go on weekend is growded and long queue.

The hotel beach is very nice and clean. My kids enjoyed playing in the family pool. The environment is awesome, and we love the silence in that area. The hotel allowed us to check out late without additional charge. The room is big, full sea view balcony, clean and bathroom bathup. The next trip will stay stay again.
